I had a fantastic experience at the Verizon store recently! From the moment I walked in, Celestina was welcoming and incredibly helpful. She was patient, answering all my questions & super helpful porting my cell phone lines to Verizon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

The representative was very patient,professional, friendly and knowledgeable about Verizon products and services,thank you celest for a great buying experience of my new Samsung flip5.

Celestina was courteous, professional, perfectly able and willing to answer all our questions about plan features, equipment features, and cost structures and options. We were able to quickly make decisions to customize our Verizon experience for the foreseeable future. The entire process, out the door with our new phones and accessories, was the fastest most efficient we have ever experienced. Celestina was very welcoming and friendly during the entire process. We will recommend this location and Celestina to friends and associates for all their communication needs.

She explained the perks of each phone and gabe me tine to look through and consider. You were amazing operating as a one man show with virtual support from your area supervisor, Logan. We were "high needs" customers, that brought you many challenges. You never gave less than 100% effort as you spent many hours over the course of three days...Yes, three days! to get us up and running with our new phones. Kudos to CELESTINA and Logan for bringing top rate customer service to this Verizon location.

I cannot say enough good things about this particular Verizon Store. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. I know, typical words, but the thing is you don't find it very much anymore and that's why I wanted to applaud them all for doing their job and doing it with such excellence. I was there yesterday and today, I failed to get the name of the young man who helped me yesterday and I regret it because he deserves his name to be in this review. Today, Karla M., Kobe C., Corbin N. and Ethan L. all helped me and I actually look forward to the next time I break my phone, they were just wonderful to be around. Go to this store, you won't be disappointed.

What a wonderful and professional experience working with Marwin! He set me up with exactly the plan I needed, while being extremely efficient. Love this store, the two ladies that work at this store are very knowledgeable and their products and explaining bills how the phone works. They are very friendly and always helpful. When I go in they go above and beyond.

Needed a phone upgrade as mine had finally given up the ghost. Ethan was polite, efficient and personable. Watched him multitask setting up my new phone while helping other customers. Great customer service.

The Verizon stores in DeLand provide great service. Today Bethany helped me with a wireless charger and even charging my phone while I was in the store.

My experience was great thanks to the staff. Karla was very informative, knowledgeable, professional and a sweetheart. The other staff members were also very nice and helpful to other customers. The store was clean and inviting overall it was wonderful.
