Smoothie King

Just tried Smoothie King for the first time! Taylor and Evan made amazing smoothies, gave great tips on something for my son, and were extremely polite. I’d definitely be coming back!

I shouldn’t give 5 stars but I’m a small business owner and just want to give feedback without hurting the business.

You are losing A LOT of business because of your painfully slow drive through. It’s the slowest drive through of any business I have ever dealt with in my life and it is consistently this way. Whether there is 1 car or 5 cars it takes at least 20 minutes even if you are the only car. I have waited up to 45 minutes before giving up with only 3 cars ahead of me. I constantly see cars give up and leave the drive through.

Your product is good, the people working there are generally nice but the speed is cutting your profits in half or worse. I’ve been to other smoothie places including other Smoothie Kings and this is the only location with this problem.

Sadly it would usually be faster for me to drive to orange city to your competition, park, walk in, order, wait for my smoothie, sit down and drink it and drive back to deland then going through your drive through.

I hope you get it together because I want you to stay in business. Best wishes.

PS during the time I wrote this not a single car has advanced and there are only two in the drive through not including myself.

I've been a fan of other smoothie stores, but i'm starting to really like the fresh taste of the smoothies here. I sometimes don't get the exact same taste of smoothies but its been very rare. I purchase a couple a week. I recently changed my rating to 5 stars because the taste and the speed of the service has improved. Manager is doing a good job of reaching customers demands.

Yummy smoothie for post work out meals and lunch replacement.

It’s the sweet tooth craving without being overly sweet. Kept me full for dinner after a long 3 mile hike.

The service was great. I asked the young lady’s name that made my smoothie her name was Jaida. She made me the best smoothie I’ve ever had and was very fast at making it as well. Thank you Jaida for the amazing service and smoothie!!! 😁😁

We received great quick service. The young man working today has great customer service skills. I'm not familiar with the menu and he talked me through it. The smoothie I was served was yummy.

$5 32oz smoothies on Friday! Made my day. Staff are awesome here and have a great sense of humor. 😊 My favorites are the Banana Berry Treat and Strawberry Banana frozen yogurt... Sooo delicious.

They have the best recovery smoothies. I love their chocolate banana smoothie, Replenishes the nutrients I've lost during strenuous workouts

Smoothie King is a life saver! When I am too tired or weak to fix breakfast, I just pick up my " Daily Warrior" and it gives me that little extra push. The rewards program is an extra. On Fridays, you get a medium for price of a small. I highly recommend.

Tried 2 new smoothies. Both were delicious. Drive thru is rather slow. Much quicker to go in if there is a line at the drive thru

The young lady working drive thru was a sweet heart. My smoothie was delish. This is now my favorite place to go in DeLand!

First time visiting it a wonderful experience friendly staff and a very well-kept clean environment more than enough options and all healthy on top of that and couldn't be in a better location I highly recommend this for the whole family👍👍👍
