Came in acquiring about service and spoke with Kai such a great person she gave me all the details I needed as well as answered any questions that I had for her. She really got me to switch to T-Mobile after I spoke with someone who really wasn’t explaining the plans to me too well I was a little nervous but she was great thanks again Kai I really appreciate your time and patience with me.

I purchased a new iPhone 14 one year ago and from the moment I left the store I discovered multiple applications on my new phone did not work, I tried everything with multiple different T-Mobile employees and nonstop contact with Apple customer service to no avail. On January 24, 2024 I took my chances and walked back into T-Mobile on Woodland Boulevard in Deland Florida to yet again complain and to get assistance fixing my phone. We still ran across multiple problems however, there are two employees there named "Kai and Kim", they were absolutely fantastic, Kai actually figured out how to fix the apps on my phone and Kim was very resourceful with contacting Apple customer service and actually made things happen. Both of these young ladies are outstanding T-Mobile employees and I truly hope that corporate recognizes how good they are at their jobs and how good they are with customer service.
I highly recommend the T-Mobile located at: 2605 Woodland Blvd DeLand, FL and I would highly recommend both Kai and Kim to assist you with any issues you are having with your cell phones. These young ladies were able to do something within an hour that no other store representative nor Apple customer service could resolve.

Went in with problems with my phone. Wasn't in the best mood but Kai was still trying to help me even with my bad attitude. I even apologize to her a few times but she fixed my phone and kept a smile on her face. Thanks again Kai u were amazing.

Great customer service from Kai after a bad experience from care on the phone went to a store and got my bill explained to me into details. Sure a Great job in explaining from her the best way she could!

Freddy the manager was excellent, he addressed all of my issues in a quick efficient manner. My local t-mobile is the one in lake Mary lake Emma, will never be going there again I rather drive 30 minutes to this t-mobile instead. Excellent store.

I highly recommend visiting this T-Mobile store for all of your mobile needs. I was helped by the Assistant Manager, Melany, and she was extremely professional very friendly, and very helpful. She upgraded me to a brand new IPhone so fast. It might have been the fastest upgrade on the planet. If you visit the store I definitely would ask to be helped by Melany.

Me and my husband have been coming here for a while and no one has ever been as polite or sweet as Layla she helped us and explained everything very well and she was very patient with us.

I walked into the store with a set amount of money I could spend on getting new service for my daughter and I, and when I tell you they did EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING to help me get what we wanted I mean that! We actually walked out with better phones then we were expecting to be able to get!!! I also have a less expensive bill then Verizon and more perks and more access to things!!! I did come up a few bucks shorts however and Moises cru and Joshua Ayala used their own money to cover the rest of it for me. I went through a ugly separation and have a 14 yr old daughter and 8 month old son so they completely sympathized with my situation and did everything they could to help me get back online with phones!!! I will ALWAYS ALWAYSSSSS go back to them! And not because they helped outta their pocket but because their good enough of men to THINK TO THAT AND WANT TO DO THAT to help a single mother in a bad situation!!!! All I can say is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you guys sincerely from bottom of my heart! I know it’s just phones but it’s also my only line of communication in emergencies so it’s a huge huge deal to me!!! You guys rock!

Went in to get an upgrade and was immediately welcomed by Kamila and Kenma, they handled everything very quickly and efficiently would definitely recommend this store 10/10

Moses is awesome! he was professional and very helpful on helping me resolve all of my phone issues. Olivia was also very helpful. The level of customer service was great and I highly recommend them for all phone needs.

I went in a week or so ago, having problems with my previous service with Verizon. The sales person Kyle was super helpful and helped me switch over and get a new phone set up. He was helping multiple people along with a coworker Morgan and I never felt I was left without help for more than a few minutes. The switch was easy, and I definitely will be back. I totally recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their service or need a new TMobile store, especially with Kyle and Morgan working there.

I been with T-MOBILE for 21 years. I have never had any trouble with upgrading, changing my plan. T-Mobile sales person(s) are very cordial when it comes to address you. Thank you T-MOBILE for your service.
