There’s always a long line here, but it’s organized and moves quickly. It’s a pretty typical Chick Fil A experience. Despite the chaotic, two-lane drive through, they always get my order right.

We love the food here all the time. It's always hot and fresh. The only thing we ever encounter is the dirty tables. The table we had literally still had food crumbs and napkins still on it and was definitely sticky with something. We tried to clean it before food came to the table. We do absolutely love the convenience of ordering in the app and paying and how we can just have it delivered to the table. The way that makes ordering food and customizing each meal without holding up the line is amazing. The Deland location always has dirty tables they aren't as clean as Orange City location. The food is always fantastic! Prices are definitely higher in the economy though ugh overall we recommend going here

i dined in today, and let me tell you! it was a great experience! kids love the play ground, and it’s always clean when we come! always great food, and never a complaint from us!

This is my favorite fast food restaurant. Never had a bad meal. I bought my 85yr old aunt there for the first time, and she loves it so whenever we go out she ask can we eat at Chick-fil-A

Random gift of 3 free chicken strip!! Wahoo!! I enjoyed them immensely, as well as the side of fries. Zero wait time, order was brought right out to the car, hot and fresh! This Chick-fil-A never misses a beat! 👏

Super fast service and the staff are the epitome of polite and respectful. Truett Cathy would be proud. Well I spoke too soon. My next visit I ordered ahead for a curb side pick up and I now regret not just going to the drive thru. The drive-through lane was clipping along at a very good pace however, I got to sit and watch and watch and watch.

one of my favorite fast-food chains and this location in DeLand is great. there’s indoor seating, curbside pick-up, and 2 lanes for drive-through. as expected, the staff is super polite and friendly, the food is always good. i’ve worked with this location for catering orders too- always had a great experience in terms of the food itself and the order being correct, however, they’ve been late on a couple of occasions. regardless, i’d still recommend them for catering orders or just a quick, casual meal.

DeLand Chick-fil-A is like my Zen place. I love going there because it makes me feel so good. Personnel are on top of everything. Personalities are fantastic. Food is great

Chik Fil A is my favorite fast food restaurant. They have the most respectful employees! Plus, I love that they follow Christian beliefs and give their employees a day off to rest!

New style drive thru, My order was correct and food was good.

The line was long..m used to that..but i think the young lady was new...evryone kept oassing and passing and my lane didn't move..and you know you can't keave you are at their mercy

Bravo! The fastest long line I have ever been in. I wish there were more Chick-fil-A locations, sort of like Starbucks in NYC, on every corner.

I have a few things to comment on with this location. Like who else has ever had an issue at a Chick Fil A? Exactly. But this one I am even more impressed with, I would say they have the best cookies out of the dozens and dozens of different locations over the years, there food is beyond great, I have never been given an order even some of the bigger orders, a mistaken item or forgetting anything.
And to my explanation of the picture, I have never seen this happen before someone getting stuck at a drive thru, how did you get there to begin with. But I add this because of how quickly they worked, one of them went car to car to car explaining they have a mobile ordering app we could use, and they were sorry for the inconvenience, etc. I was only my lunch break from work so I didn't have barely anytime to wait but it took them 5 minutes or less, and even helped the lady drive it out cause she kept running up on the curb, they were great! Love this location!

Food and service are always excellent and that's what we've come to expect from CFA. That's why we keep coming back.

Of the fast food places, Chick-fil-A is one of the better ones. But of you don't care for chicken or you're not in the mood for it, then go somewhere else because they pretty much only have chicken options. Love the waffle fries. The iced tea is good. I often get the market salad which is good. I also like the deluxe grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken nuggets are good as are the chicken strips. In fact, everything I've had there has been good. It's no wonder they are always crazy busy. Loud also.
