Dr. Baird and his staff are great! He gives you a thorough eye exam! He's got a wonderful sense of humor and puts you at ease and makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the minute you meet him!

I really enjoy coming here! Dr. Baird and staff are AMAZING! I love the time they take to provide me the best service possible. Dr. baird always makes me smile and I mentioned the last time I saw him, that we will see each other for life! Best doctor around if your thinking about switching or if you are just curious. I wouldn't change him for the world. Thank you!

Dr Baird & his staff were very cordial & humorous, helping to lighten the atmosphere. The eye exam was thorough. Being diabetic, he explained in detail the affects diabetes can have on one’s sight, using visuals to show the ultimate outcome if diabetes is left unchecked over time. Always leave enlightened & encouraged to take my gift of sight more serious. Very appreciative!

I’ve been w Dr Baird for over 20 years. I’ve always trusted him and his team to take care of me. EThe front office staff is helpful (picking out glasses) and knowledgeable in explaining insurance. They do their best to get what I need quickly and at the lowest price (contacts).

I’ve been seeing Dr Baird for years. Very friendly efficient staff. Convenient hours. Dr Baird is excellent at keeping you informed of changes in your eyesight and explains things in layman’s terms. Would recommend this practice.

Friendly, helpful. Always treated well. Love the hometown feel. You get treated as a person, not a number. No up sales.

If you are nervous about seeing an optometrist, Dr. Baird puts you right at ease. He is a "people" person, a good listener, and desires to help his patients "see" to the best of their ability.

He was very friendly and really showed he cared by giving you information about your eyesight as well as options in how to correct them.
He did not rush you through as if you were a number but actually listened.

Sets the gold standard for quality eye care. Explains everything clearly and makes you feel welcome. Answers any and all questions. Friendly staff as well. If you are not currently going to Eye Care Center you should switch yesterday. You are only denying yourself a top tier eye care experience.

I live in Colorado but make an annual trip to Plymouth, IN to see Dr Baird. Started with Brian about 35 years ago, before moving West. He can't be that old .. can he?
