Had a situation with my son and called child family resources for help and it was the best thing I ever could have done because they referred me to Lehigh valley families together for help. I was nervous at first of-course because you never know if the person entering your home has good intentions or not. You get nervous that you’re not a good enough mother, that your house isnt clean enough, and that they can judge you for every little thing you say or anything they see. I was blessed in meeting the wonderful Katie rose and she is assigned to me and my family. She does absolutely everything she possibly can do to help. She makes sure me and my family are always ok. Mentally, emotionally, and physically she is there. The first time she was over things got a little too physical and my son threw a frisby right at her eye. She took it like a champ! But all jokes aside, she is wonderful at her job and any family would be lucky if they were to work with someone as caring, sweet, and charismatic as she is. She genuinely cares about the families she works with. She is a wonderful human being inside and out and has helped me a lot with my children and myself. She is positive and expresses that she is there for us and is willing to do anything possible to help. So if you are nervous to call for help, don’t be. Just ask for Katie Rose! And if anyone on here is reading this that is her boss, she should get a bonus for being amazing, because I know from research that caseworkers are underpaid! And for those that focus so much on helping others, you forget to do nice things for yourself, and she deserves it!! So please give this lady a raise/bonus! For having to deal with me and my family (;

Was on mu probationary period the first 3 months. Had a meeting to tell me I don’t know my job role and saying this job is not for everyone. They then decided to extend my probation. Did not fully explain why I wasn’t off probation. Nothing changed nor was I supervised or even properly trained when I first started. When my probation extension period came up, was only told that I was off probation and they seemed happy about it. Not even a month later, they fired me!!!!!!!! With no hesitation. I highly recommend searching elsewhere, that management actually cares about their employees. I never wanted to post this, but it needed to be said.
