My husband and I visited during our vacation to Alexandria Bay. The location is wonderful, you can sit outside under a covered patio right next to the water. The service was great and they had nice drink specials. I had a spiked strawberry lemonade, which was very refreshing. The server was friendly and attentive. We had the yellow fin tuna appetizer which was spectacular. It may have been my favorite from our entire vacation! We split the Grilled Chicken and Walnut Salad and the BBQ Brisket. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This was a fun place right on the St. Lawrence river.
It has boat docking available and easy car parking on the street… but take some quarters as the older style parking meters only take quarters.
We had a nice lunch with Cam as our server.
I had a tomato stuffed with Albacore tuna (I did ask for and was served it on a bed of Romaine instead of the mixed greens as advertised). It was very good! I also had some pretty tasty Mac and cheese. That was so good that we took an extra serving home as “take-out”.
My lovely wife had the chicken sandwich with homemade chips. She said that it was good.
It was a great stop. Reasonably priced.

Even if the weather is iffy, sit out side! It is covered mostly. Only downside for us non smokers, there is smoking outdoors near the seating. Service was fantastic, food was amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable about portion size and combinations of what went well together. We didn't want a huge amount of food, we were pretty hungry but didn't want left overs as we weren't able to take them. We ordered the Lobster Mac (yes, get this!). This wasn't a huge portion, but was sufficient. The other meal we got was the brisket and bbq platter. It was huge! And delicious. For a side we chose mashed potatoes, came with corn bread. I really enjoyed the bbq and sauce. The only thing that didn't wow me was the horseradish sauce with the brisket. It was a little heavy on the sauce, light on the horseradish. The two meals together were more than plenty for two hungry adults to split.

We went to the blues on the bay festival at Alexandria Bay on Labor day weekend. This restaurant is right in the water and very busy. We waited a short time at the bar until a table was ready and were seated in a great spot. Our server was attentive and friendly as well as quick. The bartender was as well. I ordered the haddock fried with fries and coleslaw. It was delicious. My boyfriend ordered the steak and cheesecinna roll and his was delicious as well. I would definitely eat there again and highly recommend it to anyone thats in the area during the summer season!

Amazing food. Everyhting was perfect and so was the service for a busy place it wasn't crowded. It was hard to get into the bathroom and I was sitting around the corner and the Special bbq mainly taste like mustard. Other than that it was perfect, the view was just everything.

Located at the end of the street where it meets the water. Great Salads and BBQ !! Nice view of the dock if you eat outside. Service is friendly. We went mid afternoon and it wasn’t too busy yet. You can come by boat, or walk. Reserved spaces for boats, only a few dedicated car spaces but you can park on the street. We walked from the hotel. The town is very nice to walk through.

All of the waitresses were so friendly and went out of their way to make their customers happy. They were quick to come to your table to get your drink order and then came back to get your food order in a timely fashion. The food was amazing. No complaints here.

Super cute with great food!! We sat right on the water and it was so beautiful. Our waitress was Victoria and she was super sweet and accommodating. Our food came out very fast, we got the mahi tacos, haddock tacos, and bbq chicken w/Mac and cheese, everything was amazing even their house bbq sauce!!

Came to this dockside restaurant after walking out of a rooftop mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual, family oriented and very inviting. They were more than happy to fill my water bottle with ice water on a hot August day during Pirate’s Festival. I ordered the pulled pork poutine, it was great. Lots of tasty gravy and creamy cheese curds. So full I might not be able to order anything else. I had planned on getting a salad, but decided to live a little. I even talked to the waitress to see if she was familiar with their water-bottle filling policy, she said they refill anybody’s bottle who asks, even long distance bikers who come from afar. Very glad I walked out of the last restaurant and came to Coleman’s for lunch.

We vacationed in Alex Bay for the first time this year. We really enjoyed dining by the water at Coleman's. The vibe was laid back. The staff and the service were excellent! The food was terrific! We ate dinner here twice and we loved both meals!

Had the half rack and brisket. Ribs were amazing and some of the meatiest I've ever had. Sauce was mustard based and really tasty. Brisket wasn't as good as I'd hoped but the pieces were massive and thick.
