Edgewood Resort & Conference

Little late in my review, but here it is.

5 STARS , great service! Old school feel with the rooms and place and it's awesome! Also, dog friendly! Highly recommend!

Located on the beautiful St Lawrence River, this resort is family friendly, beautiful and the service is great! Make sure to have the food there as the food is fantastic. The rooms are clean and give you a great view of the river with all its grandeur. This is a must stay, highly recommend.

Went here to eat at their Restaurant. The hotel is was decorated nicely. The waiters we nice. Food was great.

We had our group of 35 stay here. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. Staff was great. Charles is the best. Very attentive. Was always around. Great views. Excellent food. Nice rooms. I cannot say enough about this place. We will be back.

Our Senior Center just spent a few days at the Edgewood. What a great experience. The Family Run facility took exceptional care of us old folks. Staff, especially Grandma, went out of their way to see to our every need. Food Great, service Great Facility Great. We loved it. Thanks everyone.

Sign outside says there's a buffet on Thursday. There isn't. But my dad is a d head, and they played along. Kudos to them, and thank you.

Went there for dinner. Our first time there. Service was incredible. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the swordfish and risotto and clams and buccatini dinners.

Staff was by far one of the nicest, friendliest, and funniest I have ever had at a restaurant. And by staff, I do mean everyone working there. I can not say enough nice things about this great staff.

The view is amazing.

The food was outstanding. We were a party of 10 and most of us got the buffet. Everyone said the food was great.

Absolutely beautiful location! Super clean rooms are very cute with a gorgeous view! Staff was extremely accommodating! Lots to see in the area within walking distance.

Gorgeous views from our room. Newly remodeled rooms have a rustic natural feel. Not too fancy, yet very clean. Pool is 3ft to 4ft. on other end, perfect for my Nephews and us to cool off.
Dinner was delicious! Holly our waitress was outstanding. Great weekend with my sis. Thank you so much

We have stayed here every summer for the past ten years. The cottages overlooking the bay have stunning views with direct access to the water. Close to town, yet far enough away that it feels private.

While I would not normaly give five stars, I am because after many years of coming here pre-pandemic, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they have finally done some much needed renovations to the rooms. It's not that they were bad before, just tired. They have redesigned the entire bathroom as well as replaced all flooring, added keycard access and a mini fridge. There is a single use coffee brewing machine in the room, but a nespresso or keurig machine would be better :)
I will continue to visit Edgewood as I have done for the past 15 or so years. These pictures were taken from the my balcony .

Stopped in for the prime rib buffet on a Saturday evening and was very pleased. The food was excellent and the wait staff was very good. Excellent selection of buffet food. The only negative was the prime rib. It was good but not prime. Over all I would definitely go back, and will. Check out the many newly remodeled rooms also

Have stayed here 5-6 times over the years. Always enjoyed our stay. The views are spectacular, food is awesome and staff attentive, friendly and professional. Thank you Genine and Charles.

Spent the weekend and held the reception there when our daughter was married in the Thousand Islands. Beautiful location with large comfortable rooms. We stayed in the suites in the main lodge and loved every minute of it.

The reception was beautiful and guests loved the buffet - prime rib was amazing!! The staff was friendly and attentive and eager to please. The owner made sure everything was in place and all ran smoothly and it was just perfect.

Breakfast in the dining room on the morning of the wedding was fun (the bridal party was fairly large and had fun "sneaking" the bride and groom into breakfast without them seeing each other). It was especially appreciated on the morning after the wedding when the newlyweds had breakfast with their friends and family (everyone stayed at the resort) before leaving for their honeymoon.

It was all wonderful. The folks at Edgewood made the event smooth and nearly effortless for us. Thank you so much!!

Stopped into eat, was a half hour before the restaurant opened, Charles (the manager) opened the restaurant early for us , the food was probably the best we have had in actual A-bay, he was very entertaining, loved his job, and was downright pleasant, which is (seemingly) very rare in the service industry these days.. he even had Danielle open a room for us to see what the newly renovated rooms looked like as i had explained that try as i might, online it always shows the resort as "no rooms available" (he said to just call as website is stupid) ... Rooms were gorgeous and the balcony was ACTUALLY right over the water.. the balcony was almost porch size , wayyyy bigger than the other hotels in the area, ... Bottom line, hands down i will be staying here from now on instead of the usual places... 5 STARS

We wnet here to have dinner and had a great seafood buffet on Friday and went back on Saturday for the prime rib buffet. Both were excelent and the service was awesome. Will definetly go back when we are in the area again.

Our room was recently renovated, very clean and right on the water with an awesome view of the St. Lawrence from the large balcony and the huge picture windows. The room has a separate tub and shower.

We are staying here for Labor Day weekend in unit 318. Immaculately clean and just perfect for our stay. The balcony is a perfect touch as the channel view is gorgeous! Ships going by that you could almost touch! We will be back and have loved it!

I normally dont write reviews. I had to write one for the excellent waitress we had her name was Holly ! She was more than the average waitress! As a business owner my self I know how hard it is with finding help that is as professional and hospitable as she and the staff at Edgewood. Thank you for the great meal! And even better was our experience!
