I got great service today. I went at 11:30am. There was no line and incredibly helpful staff. They clearly explained what services could be provided to get my registeted envelope delivered for as cheap as possible.

Very helpful and sometimes they have an extra worker in area of P.O. boxes for additional help....like stamps so you don't have to wait in line!
