Wonderful customer service from Gail in selecting fabric for a lift recliner.. so many choices. Had to order but it was delivered within 10 days! Very pleased with everyone we dealt with.. thank you for helping w so many of our furniture purchases.

I was referred to Bill Cox Furniture this week and I am so grateful. I had ordered a bed from an online vendor with plenty of time for it to arrive before my guests. The bed never arrived and after several days of trying to get it, I was in a tough spot with family arriving soon and no bed for them to sleep on. Within minutes of walking through the door at Bill Cox Furniture, I found several beds I liked (all in stock) and the Cox family personally made sure my bed would arrive when I needed it. They earned me as a lifelong customer and made it look easy. Great selection of furniture and the best service from beginning to end. The bed was delivered and assembled exactly as promised. Nice furniture. Had a few slight problems with 2 of the pieces we ordered but they are promising to make it right. I'll change my review if they don't follow through.

I absolutely love the pieces I bought. The dinette is the most beautiful dinette I have ever had. The king bed and night stands are equally fine, well made and lovely. We also got a queen bed and night stand, just as awesome as the rest.
I will return to finish furnishing our new home

I’ve bought two sofas from Bill Cox Furniture, both wonderful experiences all around. The first sofa I had for 10 years and gave to my mother still in great shape. My current sofa is about 6 years old and one of the recliner switches just went out. Since it’s 6 years old its a year outside the warranty period, but Darryl at Bill Cox Furniture didn’t worry about that. He just wanted to make us happy. He initially tried to help me troubleshoot and when that didn’t work he tracked down his furniture rep for assistance and ended up getting us the part for free. You can’t ask for much more as a customer. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service, Bill was spot on no wonder he has been in business for 56 years! He knew exactly where to look for an item most places no longer carry, he has the best catalogs for us to find a quality curio corner cabinet, was able to order and should have it soon. His wife check us out and she was very friendly and efficient. Thank you both.

We have been searching for furniture for two weeks. Most places in Knoxville are ok, but you often get bombarded when you walk in the door. Not today, not at Bill Cox. They were friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. When I asked questions, they had answers. When I wanted time to think, they were more than happy to let me walk the floor and browse more.

The selections in the showroom were beautiful and all of different price points. Anyone looking to grab some beautiful furniture should stop in and check them out. I will definitely be back, and will tell anyone looking to try them first.

Quality family owned business. Bought genuine leather reclining couch and we absolutely love it. Quality material and the sales people will take as much time as needed to explain each piece of furniture. How it's made, why one brand is better than another etc. Definitely recommend!

Bill Cox was able to explain all the qualities and characteristics of an area rug that helped us make the right decision. We love it in our home. We shopped most area furniture stores and no one else had the knowledge to explain to us how the rug was made and how to appreciate the colors. Thanks, Bill. All staff were friendly and helpful.
