I recently had the pleasure of working with Johnson and Sons flooring, and I could not be happier with the results. From the moment I stepped into their Oak Ridge store, I was greeted by.Kameron. He was definitely professional and attentive to my needs and desires. He took time to understand my vision for the new flooring and guided me to the perfect product. I appreciated being able to take samples home to ensure I was making the right choice.
Furthermore, the installation process, led by Manuel and his crew, was nothing short of exceptional. They completed the job quickly and professionally and demonstrated respect for my home and my furnishings, ensuring a seamless transition to the new floors.

Using Johnson and Sons Flooring. We had them install all new carpet and fix a little bit of a sub floor
Issue and it went smoothly and looked beautiful. The process from the very beginning purchasing and selecting was so easy and the salesman was so friendly. Vinny is my go to person when I need carpet! He is friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy which I like. Their products are top notch. I will not go anywhere else. I trust them which in this time that we live it's hard to find a company that does what they say they are going to do and Johnson and Sons goes through what they promise! Vincent in sales was especially helpful in finding the wood flooring that we liked, and at a fair price. Delivery and installation for 4 rooms was on time and very professional. This was our second time dealing with Nelson and he was super awesome. He was Professional and really knowledgeable about the products. We purchased kitchen cabinets and are super excited about them ,granite countertops and now LVP flooring. They also a wide variety and plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend Johnson and sons flooring for all flooring needs!

Our initial visit was a very valuable experience. Nelson was wonderful at explaining the different carpet and pad options and allowed us to bring home samples for our color choice. We had our carpet measured (in 5 minutes, excellent). We went back for our appointment to discuss price and ask questions. Nelson is exceptional at his profession. He treated us with kindness and respect during the entire experience. Had not for Nelson, we may have chosen our project with a different retailer. He is an asset to his team!

I reached out to Johnson and Sons looking for pictures of samples for a product that isn't available to me locally yet (we're in WNY), they sent photos of the larger sample boards that they have so that I could get a better idea of the color, since it's so hard to tell from those tiny samples/mohawk visualizer online.

We had a great experience with Johnson & Sons Flooring! We went in a couple of days before Christmas, and they were able to send someone out to measure our house the next day. Less than two weeks later, our floors have been installed and look amazing. Ash made sure the scheduling went smoothly and even moved our install forward because the flooring arrived earlier than expected. Thanks so much, I love the difference it has made in our home!

My husband and I live out of town, however that was not a problem when we were looking to install new flooring at our house in Knoxville. Nelson at Johnson and Sons made the transition very smoothly.
