"WHEN NOONE ELSE WOULD"......

I had been in the market looking for a car for about 6ish months.
During that time I visited many Dealerships who "PROMISED" they could put me in a vehicle. Nonetheless I always left empty handed and frustrated.

But.....
The day I walked into Stone Mountain Volkswagen and met Sales Specialist, Anthony Powell, and Finance Manager Brandon, it all changed.
As a woman you sometimes have reservations/hesitation about being alone when making a purchase.
Especially a vehicle.
From the moment I shook Anthony's hand, sat and told him my story, I felt at ease.
He was Professional, Personable, Knowledgeable, Understanding, Compassionate, and Eager to do whatever he could to put me in a vehicle.
He asked if there was anything I was specifically looking for, and, at this point I just needed a vehicle.
Mind you I had previously been looking at Pre Owned.
Anthony got to work.
It was late. About 8pm. Never once did he rush me even though it was time to close.
He found a few cars and asked my opinion and I said just get me in one.
Bc it was late there was only one bank open so he submitted my information.
He said I will be back in touch with you in a few days.
The next morning rolls around and I knew it wouldn't be till Friday when I would hear something......
Ring Ring. 9am. It was Anthony!
"Get Up here Mrs. Peavy! We got an approval!"
When I arrived there was a BRAND NEW 2024 VW TIGUAN waiting for me.
Whatttttt!
I was in disbelief.
After all the No's, the Frustration, he did it.
Now let's talk, Brandon, the Finance Manager.
He listened to my concerns about the Numbers.
And boy, he worked magic.
I initially went in with a slightly high Monthly payment, but, when it came to signing the final paperwork he had gotten my payment down by $25.
(And lots of other things as well!)
This whole process went smoothly.

Had to have my 2021 Tiguan towed in for service after only having it for 5 months. Spoke with a guy named Leo and had the best customer service experience. He explained everything in detail, was very thorough and kept in constant communication. I had to pay a pretty penny, but it was worth it, being able to have my vehicle back accessible.

Mr. Amish Patel was phenomenal to work with. Our experience purchasing was seamless and professional. David one of the managers was very polite and assisted us through the buying and trade in process, as well as Brandon, the finance manager. Overall the best visit to any dealership I’ve been to.

And now for the second car in 4 years Eric was amazing with outstanding knowledge and making sure we got exactly what we were looking for.

We were taking in my husband’s Atlas to get a new tire for his truck. When we got out of the car and approached the building, we were greeted by a sales man. We explained why we were there and he directed us to the service area.
After James took care of that, we started just looking at a few other vehicles. With in a few minutes, another Salesman approached, and asked if he could help. Again he was so polite. It was a great experience. As the next several moments went by, I was seriously looking at an Atlas R Cross Sport. Eric the salesman explained in detail all the truck could and would do. We then went in a test drive, it really drove and road so nice. I was sold.
Over me next hour we worked on the best deal possible. Eric was very thorough. I would have to say that buying this car from this dealership and this man was the most positive thing that I have ever done at my age. I didn’t think I wanted a new car and ERIC understood.
Thank you ERIC and the sales managers who worked on the deal that would end with me in a 2024 AtlasR Cross Sport.

This was a very pleasant experience for me. I looked at an ID.4 and they had a phenomenal price on it. I didn't have a ride as my other car is getting fixed at a Ford dealership and Tony offered to send an Uber to pick me up. He was very helpful and set me up with Android Auto and Electrify America, as well as showed me all the features of the car. The buying process was straightforward and they didn't try to rip me off like every other dealer. Brandon showed me additional things I could include for the lease, but he wasn't pushy and clearly stated they were optional.

This is absolutely the best dealership I have ever visited. All of the employees are attentive, professional and treat you with respect. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful situation, but here they are honest, personable and there is no high-pressure. You can drive away in a new vehicle knowing you received a fair price and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service: Amish, the sale consultant, was responsive to questions we had and provided very clear tips and information about the vehicle and the purchase process. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the vehicle, including the differences among the various trims, and took time to walk us through the vehicle features. He was extremely patient with us throughout the whole purchase as we worked to make a decision. The purchase process went beyond a day. He followed up with us throughout appropriately. The experience was far beyond our expectations.

Good people make great companies. Amish, our sales rep, was great. He listened to what we wanted / needed. He didn't try to push add-ons that we weren't interested in. He made the process very easy which was greatly appreciated.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We drove from in town to Stone Mountain for a specific car, and it was there, and the terms were exactly what they quoted. Our sales person Amish was fantastic. If you were looking to buy a Volkswagen, this is definitely a place to consider. We were in and out in less than an hour and 45 minutes.

My experience with buying a car at Stone Mountain Volkswagen was Excellent! They have a good selection to choose from and that helped us to make sure that we could find one within our budget. My salesman Tony took the time to make sure that we had the right car for us and made sure that we knew how to use the new features of our new car. A+

The service was great on our 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. They have a waiting area similar to a hotel lobby, an array of coffee to choose from and a TV playing. They were courteous and pretty quick with the maintenance service; they even offered to wash our vehicle after the service work was finished.

Amish was amazing and patient but not pushy. He let us test drive 3 cars and we had our kids in tow. Very down to earth. I bought a beetle and I love my car

Came in for a flat tire, though I also had an offer to trade up emailed to me in the days prior. Lloyd acknowledged me on the sales floor and I told him what I hoped for. He did the rest and it all worked out! Easy, and my wife is very pleased to have the updated Atlas “with the cool lights”. We would encourage anyone who loves VWs to give their team a chance and for others to consider VW for their next ride.
