JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Haven't been to the shop in a long time, probably since my kids were working on craft and science projects.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have more than just fabrics and sewing things, the staff is super nice, helpful and seem to know we're just about everything was!

It's really easy to get in and out if you park in the covered parking garage on the ground floor.

Highly recommended...

The gentleperson at the register was extremely delightful and full of exuberance. Engaging with them is truly the highlight of my experience and sets the bar for customer engagement for me.🤗

I met Ruthie today. She's been a friend of my wife for a while. She genuinely wants to provide customer service that is closer to mentoring a friend. The selections and layout of the store is navigable. And, there always someone willing to provide support. Great place!!!!

It's no surprise it crafers that Joann's has you covered for the Holliday season. A large selection of wreaths, garland and artificial flowers to transform your home for any season. This store has a large selection of fabrics and yarn, but was lacking in paints and stencils. Good customer service and helpful staff.

I shop at Joann's quite a lot. Each time has been a pleasant experience. The associates at the fabric cutting counter are always pleasant and helpful. I really appreciated the assistance received from the associate when I was looking for a particular color yarn that seemed to have been sold out. Check out lines moved quickly and the cashiers were very pleasant.

Found everything I needed in one trip. The sales associates were not only very helpful, but very available and plentiful; which, doesn't happen much these days.
I didn't realize how much I missed a well organized craft store until I came into joann fabric's.

Visited this store a number of times and it is always a pleasure. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Clean and well organized I almost always find what I came in for. Don't forget to go to their website for coupons! They always have really good ones.

This Joann’s is a convenient location and has friendly and helpful staff. Usually I can find what I’m looking for and also get a few other errands completed while I’m the mall or general area.

Miss Keneisha 10+ she was amazing , I drove all the way from Virginia to the store, sense that was the only store that was showing that has Cricut mugs available. When I got there I could not find any on the floor.
I passed by Miss Keneisha and ask her about it she told me everything was at the front. I when to the front and the cashier said there did not have any. I when back to the website and it still was showing that there had 16 left.
Miss Keneisha saw me looking around and said that she will help me after she is done with a customer. Few sec later she came and ask me to show her what I was looking for, after that she checked again and said she will look in the back sense she could not find any on the floor either.
She left and few min later ,came back with a big box of all 16 mugs. I was so happy I was jumping out of the joy from inside. What I want to say thank you Miss Keneisha for going out of your way to help me find the mugs. I appreciate it so much.

I really like this location. It's inside of the mall below Costco, so it's easy to get to or stop by before picking up groceries. It's brightly lit, clean, and has a pretty nice selection. There's a play area in the mall nearby that's great for bringing little kids afterwards.

Great selections! Big store with a little bit of everything. There were associates there but you do have to ask for assistance. Clean and organized. The floorplan is shopper friendly.

Huge store, great selection of fabrics, thread, jewelry making supplies, and general crafts. Small Lego selection. Didn't notice any plastic models. Really great perler bead selection, they even sell huge pegboards that I've never seen before.

I love to shop at this location. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. This visit I met Grace, who suggested me options on materials when I told her about my project. She knew about the store products and even walked with me to show them.

Needed some fusible fleece for a craft project and it was on sale for 50% off. Didn't have to wait for two days from Amazon.

The Wheaton store is super helpful! When they didn't have enough of the trim I needed, they looked up which store would have it, and gave me the phone number and the item number. All while being friendly, patient, and professional! Special shout-out to Ruthie and Sammie!

I love this Joann it is phenomenal. Everything you could ever want in crafts and fabric. Great finds if you have time to look. Pleasant staff, our yearly outing for my daughter's and I birthdays.

Clean and organized with helpful and friendly staff. It can be a little difficult to find if you haven't been there before and cell service is awful in that corner of the mall, so plan ahead with regards to connection to your shopping list or digital patterns.

This store has a larger selection of fabrics than the Greenbelt Jo-Ann, especially apparel fabrics. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and happy to help you find things. Make sure to check the website for coupons before you go - they almost always have some, and they can make a huge difference.
