My wife and I wanted a mid-century modern sofa to go with our other 1960’s mid-century modern furniture. We went to all the usual furniture retailers, and even looked online trying to find a design that fit our taste. Then we stumbled across The Sofa Guy on Thousand Oaks Blvd. in Thousand Oaks. They were able to take an existing design and modify it to match our requirements, at a price in line with what we were seeing at the regular retailers I might add. Jasmine the sales associate stayed on top of our order ensuring the build of a sofa and matching love seat were done in time for my wife’s Birthday party which was only a few weeks after we placed the order. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding! We love the pieces so much we are having them make matching cushions for our mid-century modern chair shown in the pictures. I highly recommend The Sofa Guy if you are looking for new furniture.

Paul listened to my complaints about my current sofa and layout requirements and came up with an absolute fantastic way to optimize my space and comfort. I experienced amazing customer service working with Paul and then Jazmine who helped me finalize my design. It had never occurred to me to get a custom sofa. Now that I've done it, I'm never going back!

Have not purchased a couch here yet, but we are looking at getting one custom made to replace our current couch. We went here to check it out a week or so ago to see what was up, we were met by the owner whom was very nice and helpful, and not in a pressuring business man way. We told him what we were looking for and the shortcomings of the last company who made our couch. When we left he wished us luck on our adventures and that we find what we were looking for on our couch journey.

The owner is a great guy, and even if your not buying a couch right away, but are looking, go check this place out.

I have purchased several couches from The Sofa Guy over the past 8 or so years and I can't say enough good things about them. They really have great design abilities, have so many different styles and material from which to choose and their prices are great. Everyone who works there is wonderful to work with. I would never go anywhere else - and I live in Studio City and drive all they way out to Thousand Oaks!
