Tifa Chocolate & Gelato

The gelati were really well made. I chose a large cup of 4 flavors, especially liked strawberry balsamic and pistachio lemon curd. I also took samples of some other flavors, each of them had its own signature. Besides, I love the cozy and vintage vibe of this Tifa, very chill.

They have a nice variety, their chocolates are a nice gift. The coffee is average. The shop does give you a welcoming vibe when you enter. The customer service is great.

If you're considering coming here for the children, I'd probably still recommend Baskin Robin's. Otherwise the flavors are is nice selection

They have house made chocolates and the ones we had are fantastic, highly recommend the dark chocolate whiskey.

I would definitely come again.

Came across this new shopping/dining complex I didn't know existed. A bit off the beaten path on Russell Ranch off Lindero Cyn. Tifa Chocolate & Gelato located here has become my go-to place for after dinner dessert or to linger and play a game of checkers over an espresso.

Great atmosphere inside & out for hanging out & enjoying a gelato. They have hot & cold espresso drinks, tea, craft chocolates, and amazing gelato flavors. (Strawberry balsamic & espresso chip are a must-try). Really friendly, welcoming staff.

Another plus is their hours, open to 10 pm weekdays & midnight weekends.

The coolest place , with the nicest people!!! We came with our 2 kids, and we were greeted so nicely and the two young gentlemen were so welcomeing and patient with my two little ones!! The place is an amazing space for your kids to sit and hang . Honestly we didnt even planed on sitting in, but we sat and played cards and chat ! We LOVe 💙🤍 this place and we will come back !!!

Overall delicious! Friendly staff and fun flavors combined with chess and checkers made for a sweet Valentines Day trip.

Everything about this place is amazing. Get the espresso chip gelato. You won't regret it.

This is our favorite dessert place. The flavors of gelato that they have change, but they are always good. The cookies changed too, and I still miss that frosted maple, but the s’more cookie is very good as well. 95% of the time the staff is super nice too!

Absolutely fantastic! And this specific location is better than the other nearby franchises. ALWAYS friendly, customer-oriented service that seeks to make you happy by answering any questions you may have about the AMAZING assortment of gourmet gelato flavors. My favorites are blackberry lemon curd, strawberry balsamic, vanilla Chai, Samoa coffee, blueberry mascarpone, and cookie butter but really THEY ARE ALL SO GOOD!

I recommend the dark chocolate ice cream, it’s so creamy! The place has table games so you can play while eating your dessert🤍

Found this little gellato shop in Westlake Village. I got the cherry chocolate chip small cup for $5.95, and it was delicious. Great service, too. Very clean and cute shop.

Could not recommend this place enough! We ordered truffles, cookies, and gelato and were extremely happy with everything that we ordered. I think this was the best service I have received from any food service business ever. I believe her name was Katlyn, but she was very detailed in description and more than willing to help despite being extremely indecisive. Thank you!

This is a great chain of Gelato restaurant. All Tifa locations have been having a great service and taste of gelato is consistent throughout the locations. Definitely will go back.

This place is amazing! They have interesting flavors, I was torn between Strawberry Balsamic and Strawberry Rose. I got to test them out and chose the balsamic, I highly recommend. They also decorate it with a little wafer. The price is super reasonable too!
Also the shop is super cute with lights and fun decor. They have games at the tables like chess and cards.
The guy at the counter was super nice and helpful and had a smile :)

Their ice cream selection is great! The atmosphere is so cozy! Even though it's so cold outside...when you walk in the warmth takes over. You could have a hot chocolate, which is AMAZING or a brownie which will knock your rocks off!! It's not just an ice cream place. It's a great place to chill get a little something and play checkers or a game of chess.

Every time we visit we are greeted warmly by staff with a smile and a hello! They will give you a sample of any of their amazing gelatos...it's hard to choose! Check it out. You won't be disappointed and don't forget the melt in your mouth chocolates available too. 😊♥

Wow!! I was brought here by family when out visiting them around the holidays and I have to say I was truly impressed.

Initially I was set on just getting some coffee but after trying the different flavors of Gelato that they offer I had to have a small cup of my own.

If you are near tb is place and haven't tried it yet you are doing yourself a disservice.
