I have been a patient at Lake Norman eye for over 10 years and have always had a positive experience. Everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. Dr. Harris is thorough and takes the time to address any concerns or questions. I appreciate the opticians help in picking out frames from their extensive selection. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I consistently feel I'm getting the best care. I highly recommend Lake Norman Eye!

Such an amazing place! I’m new to the area and researched quite a few places before I settled on this one. Very good choice.. The doctors are amazing and the staff is equally amazing! I love the fact that I can just walk in the door and they already know my name- very personable. When it was time to pick out glasses, I was not rushed and she didn’t try and push things off on me. She was very patient. This is a great place for services abs treatment. I highly recommend it.

On a Friday I called them last minute panicking with a mild eye emergency. I was having some sort of allergic reaction and my normal ophthalmologist doesn’t have any doctors in office on a Friday. Luckily they got me in immediately, same day, to make sure my eye was okay. I was very grateful for how fast they were willing to take me as a new patient in a worrisome time. The office was clean and nicely decorated and the staff was all very pleasant. Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable and thorough. Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Lake Norman Eye Care, I live an hour and a half away now, happened to be in the area right before Christmas and they fit me in for an eye exam with 20 minutes notice! I just picked up my glasses, they’re perfect and again, I was able to come in with no notice and no appointment. The office is beautiful and the staff and Dr. Harris are great. I highly recommend.

I love the entire staff here! And they have a huge selection of glasses, to fit every budget. I wasn’t pressured into purchasing any extras that I didn’t want, and I wasn’t rushed when picking out anything. I have always had fabulous care here! Dr. Harris and her staff are wonderful! Recently, my niece was visiting, and needed to go for an exam. I immediately called, to make an appointment. They were able to fit her in, within the week. My niece is a little shy, and I didn’t want her to go to a chain place. Dr. Williams, and the rest, of the staff, were great with her! She loves her glasses!! I did have to drag her out of the vault- she loves her sparkles!

The associates are very friendly and expedient. The doctor is very knowledgeable and can break things down so they are easily understandable. If things do go awry with glasses, they are quick to respond and communicate and make things right!

This is an excellent facility with an excellent staff. I was low on contact lenses and I was able to be seen within 24 hours. This staff is knowledgable and friendly. They answer patient questions with respect and clarity. This is now my new contact lens location in the Lake Norman area!

My whole family sees Dr. Harris. We absolutely love her and her staff. She really takes the time to explain things to you in a way you understand without making you feel dumb. My mom really appreciates that they have spanish speaking employees. She understands most things but has difficulty expressing what she needs to say, so she found that very helpful. I found it helpful also cause I am usually the one helping her at doctors appointments, but I have never been good with medical terminology. Everyone there was very nice. and it's just all around good energy. We all feel very well taken care of and more knowledgeable after talking to Dr. Harris.
