Dan Allen Well Drilling

I live in Etna with an old well, and a previous owner used galvanized elbow joints that rusted out and have major holes. Dan Allen Drilling has been absolutely amazing. They talked me through different tests to diagnose the problem, looked at videos and photos I sent all through the holiday weekend, and were able to swing by between jobs and fix it up for just two hundred bucks. If you’re like me and you’re willing to do some of the work (I dug the hole to the pipe), you’ll save a ton of money with them, get expert advice, and have a permanent fix. They were highly responsive and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Called Dan Allen Well Drilling on a Wednesday 12/15/2021 due to our water pressure basically trickling out. He asked me my location, about the house, and if I could get him any information on the well/ previous owner. I called him back Friday 12/17/2021 with the information and they called me back about 20 min later and told me they could be at the house in 20 min. When they came out they went through a whole checklist of things to check before checking the well pump. It ended up being the pump which they replaced right then and there!!! They explained everything they were doing and gave me tips if other things ever happened! In the 4 years we have been at the house this is the best pressure yet!! I will defiantly recommend them in the future and use them for any issues I may have!!!

Excellent service! They replaced my small, builder-grade pump with a larger, more efficient pump. Also, my pump filter was difficult to reach, so they modified it so that it would be easier to change when needed. Awesome service at a reasonable price!

I was beyond impressed with Dan and his son. They were quick to respond and came out for us the same day. They were able to correct the issue and restore our water for a very fair price. Above all, they both seemed to be honest and good people. We will definitely be using them for any future well needs.

I can’t say enough good things about them. They responded to us immediately and fit us into their busy schedule when we had no water! So friendly, very reasonable, and explained all of the work they were doing so we had a better understanding of how our well system worked. We are so thankful!
