Cool Environment! Kinda set up like a fast food version with table service . Not a typical dine in table service Friendly’s , more like you order at the counter when you walk in and get a table number and they’ll bring you the food . Also they have a self serve fountain for soda and water . Very Clean during my visit , besides the windows.. they could be cleaned and the parking lot could use a little bit of paint over the parking spots and landscaping ..Overall Would recommend .👋

I was not sure what to expect from a fast food model of Friendlys . I was pleasantly surprised. I expected to get all of my food on a tray at one time..but that was not the case.
The ordering process was very easy, we found a nice booth and the food was delivered to us just like the regular restaurant service. Our Chowders came out first..delicious. Our meals came out next..hot and just as we remembered..when you are ready for ice cream you just let them know and they bring it out to you.
The prices are a little high..but the quality and service make up for it.
We will be back!

With the closure of so many classic Friendly’s locations in this area, the birth land of the chain it’s nice to see it hanging on with a fresh new take on the Friendly’s restaurant concept.

I placed a mobile order after using the bright and clean restroom and my food was delivered promptly after a short and comfortable wait on the provided bench.

I ordered a burger with fries and a peanut butter sundae. The burger patty was large, well cooked, hot, and juicy. The vegetebles (lettuce, tomato, red onion) were fresh—although I’d recommend asking for extra if you really like them. Cheese was extra, but a necessity. Perfectly melty.

Overall very satisfied and will return when in the area

I remember this food from when I was kid and it brings backs memories.! Still one of my favorite places to bring my son.. generational experience.!

This is great, I'd never been to the cafe before. You order and wait for the food at a table. This saves so much time. Same Friendly's food and ice cream, quicker service.

These are a wonderful group of people. I have never had an issue here I ate here all the time I worked for doordash for a few years with them and have always had great experiences.

Great food as always, stopped here in the middle of a road trip. The quick service model made it much easier and faster. I miss having Friendly’s back home in Ohio!

Very easy to place order online. Ready super fast, always get the order correct, and food tastes great. Never disappointed.

Employees are wonderful here food is always hot and fresh. The rebrand they did was so worth it. Prices are a bit high like everywhere else but still very good.

We took our daughter for the first time. She loved the chicken tenders and the cone head sundae!

First time here, just picking up a to go order, but the employees were so friendly. The energy was great, place was clean. My food was correct and wasn't missing anything. Brief talk with Jerry (I believe his name was) down to Earth, patient but efficient. Seemed happy to be there. EXTREME opposite from the Agawam Friendly's.

The chicken sandwich taste just like McDonald’s but all the rest was amazing
