The woman who took my order was very sweet, even bring my coffee to the table for me. Clean inside and out. Workers were cleaning the parking lot to keep it looking nice.

Ordered here around 5pm on 6/7 and had wonderful customer service! Food was great too but the awesome customer service is what sticks out. Super friendly staffs and very helpful. Great experience, Thank you to who was working at that time.

The breakfast with double eggs ,three pancakes, a hash brown, and bacon and biscuit, is absolutely awesome😁 and Jill Cooks up the best eggs and it's still only $10, this is my favorite place to eat breakfast and you get a lot of food, for hardly any money. They redid the interior and it looks brand new and beautiful it's always clean and the Puerto Rican team, staff is absolutely friendly and awesome. There's been some historical conversations in this place 👍.

Today I went to this McDonald’s and ordered about 35 dollars worth of food everything was GREAT but I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions and unfortunately they put onions on it even though there was a slip that said no onions. We called and spoke with the manger Jillian and she was extremely accommodating and apologetic and told us to bring the receipt and she would refund the order . We did and she helped us out in the best way possible . She handled it exactly the way anyone would want and because of her specifically we will be going back there for sure . She’s exactly what a manger should be! 😊

I ordered a large grimace shake got charged for a small and they accidentally made an extra shake and gave us it for free. Best service ever!

So far, every time I've stopped here, as busy as it's been, they have had very fast and accurate service. The employees seem oddly pleasant for working fast food, a nice change from the norm. Also, their shake machine is usually working more than it's not - unlike their neighbor in Southwick, whose machine is almost always down!

Our receipt didn't print at the self-service kiosk and one of managers was super helpful in getting me one. Great service!

I’m new to the area and my brother and I have been frequenting this establishment and wow do they take pride in their food it’s always been hot and fresh the morning crew is just so nice and patient and “Gigi” has a great personality she’s so personable defiantly our permanent McDonald’s location thank you elm street team you rock!

Not enough staff, service was way too slow. Drive-up line literally didn't advance for 10 minutes. But....French Fries were absolutely delicious as usual.

I have always liked this McDonald's. The managers always take care of you if a mistake happens. They honor all coupons, and are very nice. Good business sense, at that location! The way they should all be (but aren't)!

Their sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins are excellent and very reasonable at 2 for about $4 pre-tax just like the regular egg McMuffins. They have always been nice and hot and great with a large coffee at about $5.96 all together. You can't go wrong for under 6 bucks. You can't beat McDonald's for a hot, tasty and very frugal breakfast. The McDonald's on North Elm Street in Westfield is a newly updated, clean and comfortable facility with plenty of room to spare for comfortable seating - that is nearly private - because you're probably dining with at most one or two other people in the whole place at most hours. There is a very clean and frugal laundromat a short distance away making the McDonald's the go to place for food, so that while doing your wash, you can kill two birds with one stone and Skip breakfast at home, get your wash going and then have 24 minutes to enjoy a nice hot breakfast that only McDonald's can provide.

Not sure who the lovely two people were working tonight but they were so sweet and took my order quickly and easily :)

Great. Possibly the best McDonald's I've ever had. A little slow, but it was super busy and the staff was so kind.

Food was quick & hot Katheryne was very Pleasant & Helpful She Greated Us with a Great Big Smile and Has Such a Great Personality It definatly brightened my day / night and after having such a Really Bad & Rough Day! Its Just Nice to know there are still some people out there that know how to treat others with Kindness!!! Just like to SayThank You Katheryne For Being U!!!

We ordered inside Westfield II. The crew was working very hard filling orders. Our food was hot, fresh and delivered quickly.

What cant ya say about good old mcdonalds. I saw the first one being built in Westfield long ago and also the one in Westspringfield. A fun place to go with your family and friends. Good fun food. Cool place to hang out with friends. A fish sandwich,a milk shake and fries. A nice place to eat after a drive on Sunday. Kids growing up can have the the same happy feeling about going there now as i did when i was a teenager. Loveing it!!! Robin McCaul from Westfield Mass.
