Dunkin'

We always go to the drive up. Everyone that greets us at the window, are very friendly and polite

I havent been in a while. But I really enjoy the layout. The fact the donuts and food are in display cases. It was more open and it was clean. A step above any Dunkin I've been in, in about 10 years

Excellent. Surpassed all my previous visits of West Coast Dunkins. East Coast Dunkins rule😁

We don't have Dunkin' donuts where I live so when I'm in Westfield for business I make sure I stop by for a fresh donut.

Best Dunkin! Everything is always good.
I have no reason to ever go to Dunkin yet my car just ends up here at least once a week.

Excellent 🧡💛☕🍩 always fast, drive through or walk in to lobby there is always plenty of staff running like a well oiled machine. You may even see the owner making your coffee ☕. Always friendly and remember my name and my order which is just nice. Always clean and well kept and recently remodeled. They have THE BEST DOUGHNUTS 🍩 they make them right in the back! Other towns do not compare. Everything is always fresh and yummy 😋

By far this is my favorite stop every morning to get me ready to face the workday. Everybody super friendly, store is very clean, and it's an amazing atmosphere. The crew learns your name and no matter what I order, they always get it right the first time. Manager is always smiling and the crew seems to work great together.

As the drive thru this morning was a little long (per usual for a Saturday morning), we decided to go inside to order & wow, am I glad we did! Mariely was so friendly and made sure we got everything we wanted. The service was quick, even with the busy drive thru & the facility was as clean as one could be. Well done, will be coming back!

There is one woman who knows exactly how to make my coffee so so perfect! She's very kind and full of energy she has a raspy voice exactly like mine I don't know her name but I wish I did! She's a bigger woman not a very very small skinny skinny woman nope, she's like me she's a bigger woman and she is beautiful inside and out kind as ever and makes everything perfect! Wish I could still tip at Dunkin' donuts because I would give her $5 every time! That's how good she is to me and everybody else that works there is awesome too but there's tons of new people, so you never know who you're going to work with unless you go to the drive-thru if that's when I see the girl that is so awesome to me I know her she knows me we say hello it's very hospitable 😊😊😊😊😊👌 THAT'S FIVE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STARS!!!! This Dunkin’ Donuts has the BEST crew in the region. They got it “All Together” no matter the time of day I stop in. They work as a team, provide excellent and personable service, ready to help you build your order to your ultimate satisfaction! I can always count on leaving the store with great coffee & food.

Love the design and style of this Dunkin. It's unique, different than the rest. Donuts are behind a glass at the counter so you can easily and closely see them. I had a good experience there.

I have been going to this dunkin occasionally before 2013. But 2013 I got the app 😆 and became a multiple time a week coffee drinker.

This Dunkin’ is awesome, the coffee here is better than it is at other Dunkins I’ve been to.

This is the best Dunkin' in Westfield. The girl who waited on me this morning was excellent. She made my order the right way, the coffee was perfect and you could really tell she knew what she was doing. She was also very friendly and polite. The name on the receipt is Kelly G, she does an excellent job

This dunkin is the most efficient during the busiest of hours. Four cars in drive thru on property, 4 on one side waiting to come in and 3 on the other. People were patient and taking turns. the wait was the 3rd car in the "other" line.

I have had bad experiences here in the past but they always try to correct them and turn those experiences into a positive one. I would recommend anyone looking for a good cop of coffee Landry something to quickly eat to go here.

Forget the other reviews- I go here almost every day and this is by far the best dunkin in the area. Orders are ALWAYS correct and service is extremwly fast. I'm usually in and out in just a couple minutes. They are one of the only stores that can make a proper dunkaccino! Keep it up guys!

Never had a problem at this dunkin the ppl r all very nice and respectful! And I make sure to go there 3 to 4 times a day! Keep it up guys!!!!! And ladies lol :)
