There is a wonderful guy who works there that usually waits on my daughter who loves converse shoes. he’s super friendly and patient! wish i knew his name but he worked 12:30 on May 18, 2023. He’s waited on us in the past and always goes above and beyond! Thanks !

Nice shoe selection. So-so pricing.

So I was with my friend. We walk in. Wasn’t greeted. Wasn’t checked on. Nothing. I don’t know her name. But she had long braided hair with some blonde in it. She was chilling in the chairs and only offered to help when we waited at the counter for about three minutes. Horrible service. I wish it was someone else at the store.

Horrible customer service. I went in and the workers were just standing there and talking to each other. They also were looking at each other and laughing when I was trying on shoes. If you’re going to get a job then work don’t just stand there.
