I came in with a fairly complicated issue regarding a set of fuel injectors that went bad and cause extreme rough driving. Fortunately, I met Mike and he took good care of me and my Odyssey. He also went above and beyond by setting me up with a same-day repair that is 100% covered under warranty. Highly recommend service center given the amazing support.

A few days later, the engine light popped again. Mike did me solid and replaced the fouled-up catalytic converter under warranty. Overall, 5/5 on attentiveness and knowledge.

We had some routine maintenance performed on our car, the guys here are great! Great personalities, my husband had a blast with them! They remind me of the garages I grew up visiting, where the guys are friends.

Everyone else will more than likely upsell you on services you don't actually need to extract extra money from you.

We drove down to Georgia from NYC to take care of some family business and as we were on the highway, we would hear noises the car was making. We realized that there were a few part of the car that were loose so we called Carey Paul Honda and they were able to see us right away. We drove right in and the service technician Anthony and Joe the manager, was so helpful and very personable. They tightened and fixed the issue with no charge. This is the same car that my father actually bought from Carey Paul in 2009. They were happy to hear that the car was doing well. I am hopeful that was what caused the issue and where the noise was coming from. I would recommend going there for a purchase or repair.

I really had a great experience with Carey Paul's service center. They replaced the oil pan splash shield on my daughter's Civic. The work was quick and very affordable!

My 2017 Honda Pilot got service I was able to use two coupons thanks to the amazing person that help me I forgot their name sorry

Getting my Honda Pilot Passenger airbag replaced due to recall. My battery died when they tried to crank it (needs replacing) and they just jumped it without making a fuss. Asked if I could just by the battery and replace it myself to avoid the labor fee... literally didn't hesitate to tell me yes and that they sell them at a discount. They are extremely helpful and courteous.

Polite and professional, car was completed earlier than quoted.

I am so very pleased with Carey Hunda. Also quite pleased with my Sales Associate. His name is Chris McDaniel a very nice guy, I really wanted a Hunda CR-V 2017. Now check this out I finally got to see the inside of a FLEX I am in love with that 😍 car!!! Oh k back to earth girl. I learned that most car lots are not going to be getting very many more new cars, they will be selling previously owned cars. I did not get the car that I wanted today, but I will be returning on Thursday to look at some cars that will be coming in.
