Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I love Beans & Brews and my dog loves their pupaccinos. This location has a drive through or it has indoor and outdoor tables. The coffee doesn't taste burnt or over roasted so it makes yummy wild-side mixed drinks or plain coffee drinks. If you are feeling like an extra sweet treat, the Frozen Mr. B is the way to go. Honestly, it's like a reward. 😉 I, however, am a hot coffee drinker, so my preference is a bit more toasty. If I'm willing to do the calories, I like the hot Mr. B - a nice white chocolate and Irish cream blend. Delicious. If I'm not so calorie free, I prefer coffee and cream or a latte with one of their sugar free syrups. Stop by, you won't regret it! After all, you get a coffee out of it!

Fast service and the girls in the drive-thru were so helpful providing suggestions.

My mocha was ssoooooo good! Hayden, the server, was so genuine and made me feel seen. I would’ve liked to see the franchise show more regard for the environment and stop using plastic straws.

This was only the second time I'd been to this location. The staff was very friendly, (even during their morning rush), and completely accommodating when it came to my special requests.

We had a lot of questions with our order, and the cashier was super patient. His friendliness and sincerity left a great impression on our first trip to Beans & Brews. The drinks & muffins were good too! We will definitely be back to this location and we highly recommend it.

I much prefer Beans and Brews to Starbucks. Their beans are better roasted, more flavor additives are available, and the coffee always tastes more fresh. They also have a pretty decent food menu to compliment the coffee, focusing mostly on quick-grabbfoods that are easy to eat on the go. I really enjoy their hot lattes and spinach croissants when I'm on my morning commute. Their staff is always friendly and professional. The chain is local to the Utah area so it also feels more like supporting local business and workers during this craziness. If you're a Starbucks regular, give B&B a try!

The staff seems so untrained. If there’s a line of just two cars at the drive up, plan on waiting at least 15 minutes. But most recently I had a coupon for a free drink that expires very quickly. When I tried to redeem the free drink the girl scanned the code and I handed her my CC to pay for the remaining balance. On the receipt it showed my card was charged the full amount. I asked her what happened to my free drink, she replied “um I have no idea I don’t use the app so I can get my manager” (new person comes to help) he tells me “oh yeah it looks like she just didn’t do it right, so the next time you come in I would ask for a supervisor to scan it and you’ll for sure get the free drink next time.” What was the point of talking to a second person if they just shooed me away?? Why aren’t employees trained to know their own app?? Terrible customer service, very disappointed.

Any coffee shop that can move their drive-thru along at lightning speed during the morning rush deserves five stars in my book! I stop here fairly regularly to pick up coffee for my office. The staff is friendly, efficient, and gets you on your way quickly!

You can't go wrong with Beans & Brews! They have a great product and it's well made. Their customer service is outstanding. It doesn't matter which location you select, you will get the same great service! Great Job Beans & Brews!

This is a local coffee shop that has some fairly unique drinks. The staff is excellent as are the drinks. Try this place, all drinks do the have that tastes the same across all the drinks like Starbucks.

Really, try the frozen and cold and hot drinks.

Staff here always gives great customer service! Drinks are better here than at some other locations. The whipped cream tastes the same as the Beans usual.

If you ever need someone to get your drinks right, make sure to ask for Noah at this location. This dude is awesome!
