Couldn't be happier. I switched to Carefree Disposal several months ago from Waste Connections as Waste Connections prices kept going up. First of all, the lady helping me get signed up was absolutely wonderful. Then on pick-up day, they always pick up at the same time. And on snow days, don't worry, they still pick up regardless of how much snow we get, but Waste Connections would always cancel pickup with even a mere inch of snow! So happy with Carefree Disposal!

I have been with Carefree Disposal for almost a year now and they always seem to show me why they are much better than my previous waste disposal company I used. I just had a gentleman come to my door since I forgot to bring out my bins. Not only did he take the trash bin from my garage he was there to pick up, he also helped me by taking my recycling bin out to the curb. I love it when they send out reminders of any holidays they will be taking off and they have reminders for holidays tat they will still pick up for. They are great about communicating with their customers of any changes such as due to inclement weather. Switching to Carefree Disposal has been the best decision I've made in 2023.

Best trash service in the Springs hands down. Might not be the cheapest, but most reliable, efficient, careful around my property, and customer service is five stars. Worth it all around.

Wow this company is cream of the crop! From promptly answering times and the ease of everything. Getting set up and wow. The pick up team is unbeatable! I have frequently forgotten pick up day since the days switched when I moved companies and the team grabbed my cans anyways from the side of my house. And a few times I feel horrible but I forgot and my cans were blocked in by my truck and they even went as far as took bags out of my cans so I wasn't left with full cans that week. Wow wow wow! This company deserves a standing ovation! I have some expectations when using a company and dang.... this company exceeded every expecting and then some! Keep up the exceptional work! A+++++++ I am so sorry I have been horrible at remembering to put my cans out! I promise ill be better! I have several alarms set!

At our business, the price from the big corporation competitor was consistently going up in price for no logical reason. I found Carefree and after speaking with them and realizing we could save significant money, we left the big corp and started utilizing this family-owned company. They have continued to be friendly and helpful. When we closed our business, they were very accommodating with any request we had since we were throwing a lot away. Best trash service I have ever had.

I switched from Bestway (now GFL) Carefree is cheaper and on time. The company seems to care and the drivers always put my trash bins away neatly. The little things matter and its nice to have the quality that was at bestway once again.

Without question the best disposal service I have had in 40 years! My wife and I never miss putting out the container ... until this morning. A polite service person rang the doorbell and we promptly took care of it. Simple? True, but that kind of service sets this company apart from the rest!!

Best garbage company in the springs! They are so nice and considerate. If I forget to pull my bins to the road from the garage, they’ll usually grab them anyways. Great service!

Carefree has certainly been carefree! They pick up the phone, they let you know a week or so beforehand what holiday scheduling will be like, they are easy to communicate with and if I ever needed extra items picked up, they were happy to oblige at a fair price! So pleased with Carefree Disposal!

We switched to this company a while ago and the service has always been perfect.
This morning, I forgot to take the cans out and the driver came to the door to ask.
We specifically postponed the vacation for one day to make sure the cans are empty before we leave and then we completely forgot to take the cans out. Very dumb on my part and I would still be pulling my hair out if it wasn’t for this company’s great employee to save the day. Whoever picked recycling up today on Copen Dr. I couldn’t thank you enough for going out of your way to remind us.

I am so pleased with the service!!! No missed pick ups, same pick up time EVERY week, fair price, and great service. I even forgot to put my bins out one week and the driver retrieved them from the side of my house!! I highly recommend this company!

Everything that's been posted about this company are true! They call and remind me, nicely and most respectfully to pay my bill when I forget. They come and retrieve my can when I'm neglectful or rushed to take it to the curb. Never once missed a pick-up. They take other items not normally picked up or will not be picked up by other companies for a small, reasonable additional fee. (Just call them and ask if they will), i mean there is some item they just can't take. They don't bark about if every once in a while if my can is maxed out and I have to put it in a additional can. There pricing is the lowest or one of the lowest. I mean, what else could you possibly ask for in a disposal company. Highly recommended. Best service in my area code. Bar none. Really!

Impressive service! I forgot to put my bins out and rushed to grab them when I heard the truck arrive. Daryl from our pickup crew came jogging up our driveway and grabbed the recycle bin from me. Both our trash and recycle crews are friendly and hardworking. When we first started our service, Carefree Disposal was prompt to answer their phone and got us going right away. We couldn’t be happier.

Amazing service all around. We have cycled through trash companies over the years and will never leave Carefree Disposal. Family and locally owned is always preferred! When we forget to move our bin a few feet on our pickup day, our guys always grab the trash regardless and always make sure to but the bin back properly. No other service has ever done this for us with such consistency. Highly recommend Carefree Disposal.

The BEST service I've had my entire life.
I am signed up for weekly trash service and recycling. They are always on time. They never miss a can. If the weather is crazy they will even put the cans by the house so that they don't roll into the steeet. Worth every penny and more.
They bill quarterly, so you pay in advance. I don't mind it at all. I don't know if it's more or less than Waste Management. But WM absolutely sucks here, they constantly forgot my recycling (6 weeks in a row) and they forget to pick up trash once in a while and they were constantly late. Very, very happy I switched over.

Switched from WM to Carefree and that's exactly what our experience has been. Completely and truly Carefree.

The drivers come up to our door and ask if we have trash if we forget to put our bins out.

I've had Bestway years ago then Waste Connections more recently and they were both terrible! I just called to start service with Carefree and the lady was so kind on the phone!! Services start this week and pricing is reasonable!! I'm grateful for the high level of customer care. Thank you Carefree! I look forward to being a long-time customer of yours! :)
