Infinite Disposal

The best service we’ve had since we moved to Colorado Springs, by far. They always go beyond by taking extra bags, accommodating spill over, and even taking the time to walk up and down our driveway on days we forget to put out our bins. I’ve observed their crew picking up loose trash and making sure nothing blows down the road. We’ve had to switch services a few times from other local services due to skipping our home, frequent truck issues, not stopping by for pick up after skipping and promising to, etc. We have never had these issues with Infinite and it’s the best decision for trash removal we’ve made. Keep up the good work, team!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Infinite Disposal over the past couple of years. They always pick up timely and if there is ever going to be a delay (which is super rare) they are very communicative. Their employees are very friendly and kind as well! Two separate occasions where we got mixed up on a recycling day and forgot to bring it out, they’ve gone out of their way to get the bin and empty it which is completely unexpected and highly appreciative! So happy we found Infinite Disposal!

They do an absolute fantastic job. We've used Infinite for over 2yrs and kept with them when we moved to a new house - we couldn't be happier with their reliability and consistent great work. The guys are so friendly and kind too; we have a little kid who LOVES trash trucks and they literally made his year saying hi to him by name. Anytime there have been issues, we haven't had any trouble getting them resolved and I feel like communication isn't an issue like we've had with our last company.

I was in the market for a new trash company bc I just wasn’t impressed with the one I currently had. On a bad snow day last year, I got stuck in the snow and couldn’t get out of it. Infinite Disposal was doing their rounds on my street and pulled over to see how they could help. They pulled out their chains and freed my car! I was incredibly impressed, so thank you Dom and Dennis for the help last year. I went ahead and made the switch! I haven’t regretted it since! The customer service is top notch, they’ll come grab my can if I forgot to put it out and they come out even if there’s snow on the ground (of course only if it’s safe). I will happily recommend Infinite Disposal to anyone! Especially if you are having doubts about your current trash company, you’re prob right and I promise you can have a better experience.

At 66 years old I can tell you that this company has without a doubt provided the best service I have received in the industry. Customer service is 100%, drivers go over and beyond. Until this company if I forgot to set at the curb I missed trash day. With Infinite if a family emergency makes you loose track of days and you miss...what a surprise; they came to the garage door and took it! I've watched the kitty litter fall off the container and bust in the street; they had broom and dustpan. I'm disappointed to hear of the acquisition by another company and hope this great service doesn't change.

I changed to Infinite from WM and have been so happy. I used to have to fight with my hauler when they wouldn't do a trash pickup for weather, or whatever reason, and they wouldn't pick up or give a credit. Now, with Infinite, I have had them come into my driveway to get my can when I have forgotten to put it out. I know this is not the norm, nor do I expect this kind of service, but it is the incredible service that I get with this company. They communicate ahead of time when they can't pickup, which is rare. In fact, I have to yet to want a refund for not having my trash picked up. I truly can not express how happy I am that my trash hauling problems are gone. If you have WM, do yourself a favor, and switch today. You won't regret it.

Always courteous and polite. Men return my bins to front of garage -- a real nice service for senior citizens. Phone people are courteous and always helpful. Great company!

We are so happy that we made the switch to Infinite Disposal last year! I’ve been so impressed with how friendly and courteous their team is, always picking up extra boxes and replacing the trash bins nicely on the curb. Just this morning I watched the Recycling guys jamming to Backstreet Boys as they worked together for a lot of overflowing bins. They made my day! Thank you.

We recently moved to infinite after having WM and I am more than impressed! The guys came and went above and beyond today despite the cold weather, even brought my bins back up! 100% recommend and I couldn’t be happier with the switch over!

We have been using for a few years, rain, snow, sleet, or hail, never missed a pick up. The guys who service my house, just do a great job, I appreciate everything they do, a tough job, but very well done! Kudos!

Seriously the best service ever! I try not to forget often and I certainly don't abuse the kindness, but every once in a while I do forget to take the cannisters to the curb- this company has NEVER left me hanging with a full trash, even if i got my days mixed up. They are awesome, Truck 3 saved my butt today!! Thanks again

We have 4 teenagers that keep us so busy and live in the middle of know where. We got busy with baseball and wrestling practice and forgot to put our cans out. Our driver knows this isn’t like us. He came up and got my cans for me to make sure they were dumped. It was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders this morning. I wish I knew their names so I could compensate them for their kind actions and extra work.

Best trash service in town. They came today despite the snow and without any delays.

They even often come up my drive way and grab my can if I had forgotten to set it out.

Other trash services in town run late or skip weeks. Not this company in most cases.

Most amazing service we've ever had! Kirk and Marcus have gone out of their way to provide outstanding service to us by actually coming to our garage and taking our trash can to dump it when we don't have it out!! That is above and beyond our expectation! As new customers, the change of pick-up date - we are trying hard to remember to get the can out for them! Many thanks to both for taking care of us!!

For whatever reason it’s difficult to find a quality company in Colorado Springs no matter what type of service you’re looking for. Fortunately that’s not the case with Infinite Disposal. Their overall service is outstanding!! For phone support I’ve never had a long wait time and they are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Now for my big praise - I was pretty sick last trash/recycling pick-up day and did not take my 3 super full bins to the curb (I figured I’d just tough it out until next week). They emptied my trash and 2 recycling bins and returned the bins to the side of my house. There have been a several other instances of this where I have forgotten to take the bins down to the street and they still emptied them for me. Multiple times they have walked the bins all the back up to my house. Honestly best service I never even knew existed. Do yourself a favor and go with Infinite Disposal. The only minor (potential) downside is that their recycling is once every 2-weeks so if you have a lot of recycling you may need to request 2 recycling bin which is a couple extra $ per month, but having trucks on the road less frequently is probably even more beneficial for the environment than recycling so depending on how you look at it that can be a plus. Either way this is the best disposal company I’ve ever had and am easily planning on staying a life long customer. I’ll probably even tip the drivers for the holidays/Xmas.

We have a commercial account, these guys are solid with regular pickups. As a bonus, we had some holiday pickup confusion on our part, I called for an extra pickup and before I could get outside to see which dumpsters needed emptying they were pulling in the lot. Talk about service.. Thanks Infinite!

I have had many trash service companies. Not a single one comes close to the service Infinite's drivers give. Curtis and Halden are the absolute best! Hands down, THE VERY BEST!!!!!!!!

Hello, I reside in the Falcon's Nest neighborhood. I wanted to compliment Esiah and his team as well as infinite disposal the company itself. I have always been impressed with the service provided by Esiah and his team. They are always on time, courteous and professional. In over 4 years as a customer I can honestly say they have never missed a trash pick up. Many times I have been in my yard when my trash is being picked up and they work extremely hard (quick), and always ensure the trash can is placed back in its proper place. I could not be more impressed with Esiah and his team. Yesterday Esiah and his team went above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately I was running behind and missed the trash pick up time. I spotted the infinite disposal truck down the street. Hoping they would work with me I quickly tossed my 3 trash bags into my car and drove to his location down the street. Esiah and his team were more than willing to oblige my request and take my trash bags even though I was the one who had errored by missing my pick up time. Please pass along my sincere gratitude and thanks to Esiah and his team. I am truly impressed with their level of excellence and service. Thank you Esiah!!

Been w/ these folks for a few years now and We LOVE INFINITE!! I met the owner and his daughter at my business one day, THEY ARE VERY NICE! We were having a lot of trouble with another waste disposal company. And we have been SOOO GLAD we switched. The guys on the trucks are nice and quick, even friendly. Of course we always tell them "we appreciate you!"

After being with another local waste company for many, many years & watching the quality of service go down, I switched to Infinite Disposal after reading the awesome reviews. I am very pleased with this trash service & must say they go above & beyond their duties. My husband forgot to put the trash out by the curb last week & the guys literally got our trash from the side of our house, which was a huge blessing. I’m a supporter of local, small business & very happy pleased with the service we’ve received!
