Great shop for herbs and other stuff. They’re very polite.

I was very disappointed in the customer service here. An expensive item I purchased (as part of a very large purchase) here, did not work properly. I returned three times during business hours and they were closed without a note each time. When I received a return call from the owner she instructed me to return a fourth time to drop the item at their locked gate so they could “fix” it (obviously I had tried to fix it, as had the disappointed gift recipient!) and then, if successful, I could return a fifth time to pick it up from inside their wrought-iron gate.
I told the owner numerous times I wasn’t interested in more back-and-forth and wished to exchange or return the item. Her tone was ice cold as she clarified that she would inconvenience me to any degree to avoid inconveniencing herself or providing any refund or replacement of the defective item.
