I never leave reviews, I'm not a critic and like to let everyone come up with their own decisions, but man this crew is great. They're honest and don't swipe in gimmicks or b-s. I have nothing but good things to say about Western Reserve Honda. I bought a bike and wasn't able to pick it up as planned and they held on to it for me, free of charge. Any other dealer will throw storage fees at you real quick, but instead these guys honor their customers, especially Jesse, great guy, and I got the unique bike I've been eyeing for a while.

If you're looking to buy a bike with a good experience, go here. If only my last 16 motorcycle purchases were from cool dealers and people like this.

I recently purchased a bike from Western Reserve Honda with Justin and had an amazing experience. Justin was very knowledgeable and patient while I took time to make a decision. He showed me all the available bikes and explained the process of financing through Honda. He provided me with all the information that I needed and the process took no more than an hour to fill out the paperwork and take my bike home the same day. I drove halfway across the states to pick up a gently used superbike from these guys because the deal was that good. When I showed up I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bike was even more beautiful than in the pictures and they’d gone through the bike mechanically more so than a lot of shops would have with used inventory. I told my new buds Even and Robinson that I would need help preparing the bike for my journey back and that it could be challenging because I’ve arrived in a “classic” truck.
These gents went an extra ten miles for me and back to make damn sure my dream bike and I made it home safe and secure. These guys ride bikes and they treated me well.

Jesse and Mike are absolutely fantastic! The whole team really works together to help you leave the dealership happy. I’ve bought two bikes from them so far and it’s been a blessing to work with these people. They are fair, respectful, and passionate about what they do. Very promising up and coming dealership. Staff was very knowledgeable and help me secure a deal that enabled me to bring my new motorcycle home that day, instead of having to drive an hour and thirty minutes back. I’ll be back to buy another bike when the time comes, and will feel comfortable sending friends there who are interested in buying a Honda.

This place is awesome! Bought my first brand new motorcycle here and I could not be happier with the service! In fact a few months after purchasing I discovered my battery was defective, and they took my bike in immediately and put in a new battery free of charge no questions asked. What an awesome dealership!

These people at this place is amazing. There so kind and extremely helpful. Even helped my husband out when he couldn’t get his bike started (he was in the wrong gear). As you know, it is hard to come by anything new these days with materials shortages and shipping delays. So when my wife decided she wanted a new Honda PCX, I was unsure if we would be able to find one. I found that the first 2021 in the state popped up at Western Reserve Honda so I called up to place a deposit. I worked with Evan there and the process was easy. I made the deposit and waited for the unit to arrive. Well it was arriving at an inconvenient time for us and the dealer even worked out delivery to drop off/complete paperwork at my house. Could not have been easier. Maybe if the Trail 125's ever start showing up in higher quantities, I will pick one up from these guys.

Great people. Very helpful with going over the bike. They even loaded up the bike and tied it down in the back of our truck! Excellent customer service. Will be back to buy my next bike!!

Great experience purchasing my Pioneer. Mike and Jesse were awesome to deal with and made my purchase an easy decision. They have a ton of inventory to choose from. I will make my future Honda purchases with Western Reserve Honda.

In response to gianghokyhiep above: I was a customer in purchasing a Valkyrie from the manager. This individual was walking around, barking orders, and interrupting the manager that was speaking with me. The manager did finally say"I have no time for you right now", and he left.
I thought the manager showed great diplomacy and tact. I don't think I would have had I been in his shoes. This dealer has had a big turnaround from the previous folks who ran it. I looked everywhere, but got my best deal, and service from here. Read all the reviews, but make your own decision.

Went in to gets some parts for my wife’s bike and ended up trading in my XR650L on a new / used Africa Twin.
Five stars all the way in and out quickly great deal great manager. Mike was awesome to deal with!!!

It was a last minute decision to give a call to Mike Fultz and a good hour drive out to meet.

I’m glad I did! I shopped around my area within a 30 minute drive.

All the other Honda ATV dealers In my back yard were less willing to work with a trade.

Mike took the time on a late Saturday afternoon to guide me through any other options I had. As a result i’m grateful and another happy customer!

Only drawback is that his shop is an hour away.
