Amazing small business, so glad I found this place. Glenn knew exactly what was wrong with my laptop and custom build gaming PC just by me explaining it over the phone. His advice worked and he didn’t charge me anything.
100% coming here for all computer issues, never using Best Buy again, their geek squad and prices are silly compared to Glenn and computer fixx.

Computer Fixx is, by far, the best business for computer repairs and or data retrieval. I have been utilizing their services since 2009. Recently, my cousin suffered a computer crash, and there was some very important data she needed retrieved. I agree with another reviewer-- Glenn needs a superman cape! He is beyond awesome when it comes to a computer issue! I live about 50 miles out from Wilmington and there are other computer shops nearby, but none of them compare to Computer Fixx. Computer Fixx is The Best place to go to get your computer fixed. For years I have gone to repair shop one after the other. The way I was treated it always made me feel stupid and many places acted like my presence was bothering them.... Then I found Mr. Glenn and Susan. My hope was restored. Finally I found the very best place to get your computer fixed. There is no such thing as a stupid question. Mr. Glenn goes out of his way to make sure you are happy before you leave. He goes well beyond to teach me and answer all my questions. I have never felt rushed. Also, They are very fast in the turn around of repairs and he has always called me to let me know it was ready when he knew I needed it fast. Glenn, owner of Computer Fixx, is absolutely wonderful! My hard drive crashed and another company kept my computer for 3 weeks unable to recover any of my information. I am a photographer with an extensive Lightroom catalog on my system along with my entire personal existence. Within 24 hours Glenn had retrieved almost everything...I am so thankful that my coworkers recommended him! He was so helpful and accommodating...thank you again Glenn!

Computer Fixx is an excellent place to have your electronic devices repaired. I have taken two different computers there that had been infected with viruses and Glenn had them cleaned and repaired quickly and the costs were very reasonable. He was also able to help me clean up issues I had created by not knowing what I was doing. I have recommended CF to other friends and they were as happy with the results as I am. From the moment I spoke to Susan on the phone about my computer problems until the moment Glenn explained what he had done and I paid my bill, my experience with Computer Fixx was wonderful. Given that this began when I got the dreaded "blue screen" on my laptop and that I depend on that computer for my livelihood, that's saying quite a lot.

By phone on a Saturday morning, Susan clearly explained the company's pricing and the likely amount of time it would take to resolve my problems. I took my laptop to them, and Glenn called around 3 p.m. to let me know it was not salvageable. He had, however, been able to save ALL my files and would be glad to install them on a new laptop if I'd purchase one and bring it to him. I'd rather have a root canal than go computer-shopping. Glenn told me exactly what specifications to look for, so off I went. I called him twice from two different businesses to inquire if the machine I was considering was both suitable and a good buy. Finally, around 6 p.m. on that Saturday, I delivered my new laptop to Glenn.

On Monday morning, my new laptop was ready for me, with all my files installed, as well as security and anti-virus programs. Glenn walked me through the use of those programs and explained what I needed to know about the new laptop. Both Glenn and Susan were friendly, personable, reassuring and patient throughout this entire process. If everyone provided service in the way that they do, this world would be a better place.

After Glenn repaired my laptop quickly and at the lowest cost possible, he warned me that the repair was only temporary. He showed me a refurbished Sony laptop he was working on getting ready for sale and said that would always be an option when mine crashed. I got all my important pictures and documents off the laptop and then a week later, it went black again. Contacted Glenn about a refurbished laptop he had shown me and it was still available. He gave me an amazing deal and I had to come back on and say how happy I am with this new laptop. I've had it for a few months and it's perfect for us. He had everything I needed, already installed, including malware software that I can run as often as I need to. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Computer Fixx and would recommend them to anyone. They are an A+ in my book!! Remember, even if they can't fix your computer, they might have one refurbished for sale. Give them your business before you go to a big name store.

In one word: Excellent! I had been taking my old XP desk top computer to Glenn for 3 years who had fixed several problems and kept it running. As a new, fledgling online store, my budget is tight. Fortunately for me, I discovered Computer Fixx. When the hard drive finally crashed, Glenn was able to provide me with a refurbished one at a price I could afford. When I thought my laptop hard drive was dead due to an accident, he discovered it was not. He gave it a tuneup but at a cost to him by forgoing selling me a refurbished laptop which would have given him more money. I bought it anyway. And now I have two laptops with current MS software. I also now have mobility and reliable computer tools. Glenn is very knowledgeable in computer software and hardware; provides fast and professional service; and equally important is ethical. If asked to recommend his service, I would do so in a heartbeat!

We are a small business without the benefit of an IT Team. Computer Fixx has helped us troubleshoot our computer issues on numerous occasions. They installed a program on our computers to enable Glenn to remotely resolve most issues from their office...this is truly convenient. To have such reliable IT support without the expense of a full time employee has been a perfect solution for our business.

I came here to get my laptop fixed, and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and efficient the people here are. Glenn had my laptop fixed amazingly fast, and called me letting me know what he found. The price was affordable (as I'm currently a college student and can't afford to drop a lot of money on a computer) and the service was excellent! I can't overstate how helpful these folks are. I have to avoid most places of business due to health concerns, but they do a great job of setting up drop-off with minimal contact. My computer's been a nightmare due to a long laundry list of issues in the three years since I purchased it from a build-your-own-PC website, and I'd just about given up and decided to get a new one. Computer Fixx however worked quickly and efficiently to fix every issue, even ones I didn't know I had or had no hope of fixing, all for a very competitive and affordable price. Some fixes they didn't or barely even charge me for. I was really nervous about trying to get the computer fixed, but it's as good as new--well, better than good as new, really--and I couldn't be happier. Very happy I trusted my computer with them and I think you will be too.

I visited Glenn and his wife earlier this week. My computer has been dropped and the LED screen broken. I called and brought my computer in to them that day and they had a quote for me within a few hours. Not only was the quote way more reasonably priced than competitors in the area they also had the LED screen overnighted. The screen was installed and computer ready to go the day after I brought it in!!! The customer service, prices, and most importantly how quickly they got my computer back to me was outstanding! I highly recommend them!!

If your looking for a computer repair company let me just say Computer Fix is just the place you want to take your computer. I took my 7 year old computer and Glenn and company checked it and told me exactly what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair it. After the work was done they were very willing to wait till I could pick it up which took well over 3 weeks due to some financial difficulties. I have used Computer Fixx several times and they are very professional and friendly. The work is excellent. I have never had any problems with my equipment after they fixed it. Great service. Very knowledgeable, infixing computers and explaining what the problem is and what he did to fix it. He will talk to you on the phone and see if there is anything you can do before working on your computer.
Good prices are very fair in what he charges.
