I had a billing error that was TMobiles fault and I couldn’t figure it out on my own; I came in here hoping for some resolution and Dan gave me faith in customer service again! He read all notes in my account, found out what happened and when he couldn’t solve it, he personally called and dealt with 5 different people in 3 departments for over an hour. I am grateful that employees like Dan still take time to retain customers and provide service that goes beyond expectations. Definitely kept me as a customer.

Christan is a saint!!! I had an issue with my Samsung 22+ and he took it from a paper weight to what I'm using to leave this review.... This is my home store and I'm SOOOO happy to have him on my team when it comes to tech issues!!! I hope his boss sees this and gives him a raise, dude is a tech guru!! Thank you again Christan!!

Stacy helped us through a storm. The entire team was friendly and cool. I hate going to these stores, but this staff made it a good experience.

Absolutely wonderful service. Sales associate helped me transfer all my stuff to the new phone and it took way shorter than she said. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

Byron was very helpful, he was very profesional and very knowledgeable. He even stayed longer from his shift to make sure we had our service installed.

Had a horrible experience at the Bradburn
T-Mobile so we came to this location and customer service was taken very serious, Christian was an amazing employee who was very knowledgeable and had a great personality for his job! Thank you for changing the experience from the other location. All the employees at this location had great attitudes and all seemed to work well together! Great job we will return to this location for all our phone needs!

Just leaving this review to praise an employee at this location. Stacey was helpful and understanding of my situation & concerns. Hands down she is the Most helpful TMobile employee at any location I've been to or dealt with.

I left AT&T and I’m happy to finally have service with T-Mobile. David, Brighton, and the team here have all been helpful, I purchased two more Apple watches, swapped all my phone lines over (x7), which AT&T did not make easy. My bill is roughly the same I was paying before, but now I have “bars”! Everyone was very patient, and focused at helping me through this transition with honest transparency. That does not happen often these days. Thank you guys!

I had broken my phone and needed a replacement immediately. Went into this T-Mobile store and was so impressed by the level of service that I received! Dan, the salesperson who assisted me, greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome and valued. Unfortunately, the store did not have the phone I wanted, but he took time to search other locations. Ultimately, I chose an alternate phone with Dan's assistance, because I trusted his opinion and I was under a bit of time constraint. Dan had some creative solutions to accessing the old data on my broken phone and he switched everything over for me. The other staff members were also incredibly friendly, not to mention humorous! It was a pleasure to be a customer in a place where people truly enjoy what they are doing. Refreshing. Highly recommend this location! DO NOT GO TO THE OTHER LOCATION ON 120TH & WASHINGTON. SO MUCH ATTITUDE AND RUDENESS THERE.

I have had a very old phone for the last 4 years. It had gotten to a point it was so slow it wasn't working. I am not great with technology I have no patience for it. I needed several text messages moved from one phone to the other, some from my mom who passed away. Dan Rael worked with me and took the time to ensure all my messages transferred over. It took several hours for it to actually finish and he was patient and kind the entire time! The customer service was excellent! Thank y'all!!

The place was really crowded but they got to everyone quickly. I thought I would need a new phone but they showed me how to fix my problem without trying to sell me something new.

Eric was such a wonderful help! So I broke my phone and was thinking it would take at least a day to fix... but Eric did some digging into my account and saw I was eligible for an upgrade AND he even saved me 12 dollars on my bill for a newer version of my old phone!! He answered everything I asked and did it with such kindness!! This guy deserves a raise for sure!!! He even went as far as to show me his phone and share his experiences with the particular phone I got (s20+)!!! Wonderful staff all around at this location great group of guys ALL were so willing to help with everything

Had an awesome experience at the T-Mobile store tonight. Stacy D helped us switch out our phones. She had such a fun personality it made the experience amazing. I have never enjoyed going to T-Mobile until today. Thank you!

Great, knowledgeable staff! Paul helped my wife and I with our recent upgrade. He was very helpful and managed to get us upgraded without breaking the bank! Very clean store, usually quiet. I can typically bring my kids to this store and the staff is very patient, friendly, and quick to help.

I had a 5 star experience at this Sprint store in Thornton upgrading my phone. I walked in and had my choice of several sales staff, and picked Paul Bloch. He listened carefully to my criteria regarding my phone upgrade. He explained my choices clearly and to the point. He reviewed my account and we cleaned up some charge that I had thought Sprint had removed. The manager took care of it for me immediately. I walked out with a high end phone with a generous discounted price.

I had an awesome experience getting help buying a smart watch for my son at this location. Although I had to wait a while before I could speak to someone it was well worth it. Bryton was especially helpful and patient with us. I will come back!!!!
