LOVE our new Langdon large outdoor sectional with wedge piece... soooo comfortable!!! It paired well with our existing Sojag sun shelter (12x16ft) poolside. Nicole at Yardbird Austin was EXTREMELY helpful with design direction re: throw pillows, and it was really beneficial having a local storefront to mull over groupings of pillows in person before purchasing, as well as deciding wedge piece vs. corner piece... IMHO, the wedge piece is worth getting, as anyone having to sit in the corner won't get gypped when it comes to legroom. SOOOO HAPPY!!!! :D

Great friendly in store service. We went in to purchase the Elliot and came out with the Elliott and the Lily dining set. The Elliot is the most comfortable and just what I was looking for in front of my fireplace to gather. The dining chais have a rocking capability that we love and the color options of the cushions are neutral and blend with existing furniture we have. My only complaint is the delivery. My items arrived and could not be scheduled for 2 weeks and then they called the week before the scheduled delivery and pushed it out another week. 3 weeks my furniture sat in the warehouse. The delivery drivers were amazing and did a great job with setup and hauling away the boxes. Scheduling of delivery needs improvement. We will be headed back to the store in the spring for another sofa set.

We are extremely happy with our Eden Sofa Set. Build quality, fit and finish are great. Swivel rocking chairs and Sofa are all very comfortable and fit our space perfectly. We sprung for the covers for each piece in order to increase the sets life and hopefully keep the squirrels from chewing up the cushions. I am very impressed with the fit and aesthetics of the covers.

Staff was very helpful and not pushy in anyway. Furniture was delivered on schedule with no fuss or issues.

I had a really positive experience buying our Yardbird furniture in Aug./Sept. 2022. After researching outdoor furniture options online, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a Yardbird showroom that recently opened in Austin less than 10 minutes from my house. The customer service agent at the showroom was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me samples of different fabrics and furniture materials + colors. I went back with my husband the next day and we were able to look together before purchasing online. The purchasing process was simple and although it took an extra week or so beyond what was estimated, we got our new table and chair set and they look amazing on our patio. Looking forward to using them for many years to come!

We bought quite a bit of furniture, including a fire pit table. White glove service was awesome. Unfortunately the table door was broken. They replaced it immediately and gave me five free pillows for the inconvenience. Great customer service. We are enjoying our new patio set.

We visited the Austin showroom twice to decide which Yardbird set would go well on our new patio. The service was excellent and we received great guidance with no pressure at all to purchase that visit. We chose the Waverly small sectional and it was delivered in a timely manner. I emailed customer service a couple of questions and was answered immediately with help on an issue and it was solved quickly. Don’t hesitate to purchase Yardbird!

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked for assistance after browsing a bit. We have had our furniture for about a month and it is very comfortable, and feels very high quality. The sunbrella cushions dried pretty quickly after small rain showers but I would definitely take them in or cover for bigger storms.

The table, chairs, and sectional we purchased are fantastic! We love the quality of materials and are so pleased that we bought all the covers to keep everything fresh. The staff and customer service was also knowledgeable and kind! We have and will continue to refer friends and family to Yardbird.

Visited Yardbird Austin several time before deciding on our Langley sectional and swivel chair. The staff was super helpful and patient as we navigated the decision making process. The ordering process was very smooth and delivery times were just as the staff quoted. Could not be more pleased with our decision to purchase from Yardbird. The quality exceeded our expectations and the simplistic style was exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back!
