Came in for some help switching my girlfriend's SIM to a new phone, since she didn't have a physical one. Cesar was very helpful throughout the entire process and really made our day. He even helped set up a data transfer for her photos.

Grant, the store manager was extremely helpful and patient with me and helped me make the right decision without ever being pushy. This is by far my favorite local T-Mobile brick and mortar location.

What can I say ! Annie McFerrin is awesome. Super smart and knowledgeable regarding products and all the perks. We bought two phones and switched Internet service for home including free Netflix. She is efficient and and friendly. I would advise anyone thinking about switching plans or upgrading phones to ask for Annie.

I went in earlier today and was looking to get an upgrade. I received excellent service from Annie, Xavier, and Grant! They have a really solid team. Helped me overcome some obstacles and get everything setup. They were informative, friendly, professional and reliable. I 100 percent recommend this store and it's crew!

This location has great customer service . I have been a T Mobile customer for Ali most 10 years, the staff may change but the service level never disappoints. My latest interaction was with Xavier Molina, he was very helpful and informative. This is my go to location.

I visited on 10/23/2022, a Sunday afternoon. There were other customers already being helped, but I was immediately signed in, and only had a short wait. I got Serena and she was awesome! I brought in my own unlocked phone, and she got me switched over to the plan I wanted and ported my number over. All costs were clearly explained, and the process was very quick and painless! I walked in frustrated with my old carrier and walked out with my phone ready to roll on T-Mobile's network. Couldn't ask for more!

I had a great experience at this T Mobile store. I could tell that customer service is of utmost importance to the entire staff. Kudos and thanks to Miguel and Jason who helped me and my wife with upgrading our outdated iPhone 7’s including transferring all data and apps from the old phones to our new iPhone 13’s. We are very pleased that we found this store with Miguel and Jason.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had with an employee, anywhere, not just T-Mobile! His name is Tyler Dresser and he went out of his way to help me. He’s patient and knowledgeable and who ever raised him should be proud!! Excellent! Thanks, Tyler.

I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but just wanted to say that the T-Mobile representatives at this location are amazing. I had a not so great experience with Verizon and they had locked up my account for a fictitious billing amount. I thought I would have a hard time trying to get another provider. However, the associates that work at this location were so helpful and catered to my need to be practical and budget conscious. A special thank you to Daniel Gonzalez for being so kind and being my main point of contact. Going forward i will be requesting him for any additional products I need. And to David and Joel that took the time to assist with best options.....

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 8 years. I have seen my share of busted business practices during my time with this carrier. When I look at a business where you spend as much money as I do, I expect them to exceed my expectations. I can not speak of the entire staff, but I can say Mary is the best customer service rep I have ever worked with! She will take her time to fully understand your needs and will make you a professional priority in business until you are either satisfied with the results or the explanation she provides. Keep up the good work Mary and know that you are a great asset to your company and they are lucky to have you!

Great experience today! Went in tonight and was greeted promptly and told I would be assisted shortly.

Within a couple minutes I was helped by Daniel. I briefly explained that I was most likely having a SIM card issue. After listening to the description of my problem he agreed.

He had me taken care of within minutes. He provided friendly service and resolved my problem. I'll be back.

Javier hung in there as we worked through some problems adding dad as a second line to me account. He showed great patience and explained things well to my 92 year old dad, as dad got his first smart phone at a good deal.

I have been with T-Mobile for 10+ years (family w/6lines). In that time I have seen exceptional service from the retail store corp reps. Jessica at the Marron store is fantastic. She is a true pro when it comes to provision and recommendations of the best plans. I have a Verizon plan based IP5S mandated by my employer and I will say that customer service is surpassed by TMobile year in and out. Thanks Jessica and team!

Flew in from Colorado because I knew from internet research that Kekoa Cambra (one of the managers) has a reputation for honesty and fair dealing, which is really all you can ask for. That said, they go above and beyond...

When we got to the store, we got hooked up with sales rep Billy Huertas, who was really knowledgeable and made the entire process (which can feel like a drag) easy and breezy. We were in and out in less than an hour with new devices on a new plan, and Verizon calling us every day or so begging us to please come back. I HIGHLY recommend going to this store if you're in the cell phone market in the Oceanside area, and I somewhat still recommend it if you're NOT in the Oceanside area, but are still looking for a new phone.

Perfect customer service got my phone and wifes phone and they answered all wifes questions and concerns showed her how to operated and treated her like queen that she is
