Fantastic customer service and staff! Very friendly and helpful.

Karina from the store made the experience easy and smooth. She had fantastic customer service, was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on her job. The other workers at the store were also very friendly and the store in general had a great atmosphere and energy thanks to them. This was my first time stepping into a T-mobile store and I was skeptical at first due to bad experiences at other providers but now i'm confident if I ever have a problem they will definitely take care of it. My visit took several hours due to my negligence. I didn't back up my phone prior to coming into the store which made the process of transferring my data to my new phone much longer than it needed to be. However, regardless of that Karina and the rest of the staff were patient, kind, and overall a joy to be around.

Shopping for a new phone is stressful and expensive but Araceli was patient with us. She is knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I’m sure we weren’t easy but she remained professional. She is top notch!

Was just in the store to transfer a few line from a personal account to a new business account. Walter did an awesome job. He helped setup the new business acct and then did the transfers. I am so please with his service and patience as he had to deal the customer service on the phone to get this all arranged. Thank you so much Walter!

Incredible knowledge of cell phones and how to get rid of those nasty things that we all get using apps.
WALTER is still there. What an amazing man and along with his crew make for a outstanding experience. Remember it's the provider that screws your phone up with all these UPDATES they say improves your phone when in reality it hurts the apps that we count on to be able to have a good cellphone experience. T-Mobile has ruined many of my apps as their updates make them no longer useful or so destroy them you have to go and get a different app and they are never like the ones your used to. My next phone will be a SAMSUNG folding one. I'm interested to see if a giant screen is going to work for me.

First off, they answer their phone very quickly I had gotten graded base over the phone and decided to head into the store to make a purchase! I had come in for the least profitable sale that they offer and I was treated exceptionally well. I purchased a pay-as-you-go hotspot and was able to get in and out very quickly. After the first month I had missed placed all of my notes for login information as well as my account credentials.
This is where the phenomenal service began, I stopped in and Farit (Astor Manager) helped me very quickly and spent A great deal of time pulling together all my data and getting my plan resurrected.
A few days later after reviewing all my previous account history online, I learned that I was actually on a different type of account than when I first set it up so I went back to the store for more support.
Lucas, the Retail Sales Support Manager jumped in, actually called Farit to verify we could make the changes and we got everything squared away perfectly.
If these people can go to these lengths for the least profitable customer that walks in the door imagine what they could do for a business or new cellular customer. It’s clear that the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint is a good thing in the mobile tech field!

Customer service was awesome at this location!!! They had tons of staff and we got assistance right away. Victor took care of us and he was definitely the right guy for the job!!! So happy this location is open again.

Buying a new phone takes time. However, the people at T-Mobile are very good at their job.

Service was wonderful and so speedy. I think his name was Tift, he made the costumer service experience as enjoyable as possible.
