CPR Cell Phone Repair Carlsbad not only met my expectations but exceeded them! Joseph and Mykita were both very professional, timely, and helpful. They gave me a very reasonable price for my broken camera on my iPhone 14 pro. I had to go back to them a week later due to dropping my phone in water and Joseph went above and beyond to help me out. These guys are so genuine and truly love what they do. I will be referring all my family and friends to CPR Carlsbad and will definitely be going back to them for any future help. Highly recommend going to them for any phone or tech needs. When I was there they even helped a lady fix her charging port within 5 minutes and free of charge. 10/10 recommend going to this specific location in Carlsbad as Joseph is the owner and is amazing.

First time using this facility and I give them 5 stars. Very easy process. I made an appointment, dropped off my phone and it was ready with in 1 hour. My phone looks like new.

CPR (Cell Phone Repair) replaced my iPhone screen protector after it dropped and cracked. The owner of the store was really nice and very helpful. The store also carries some accessories if you need them. I gave this place a 5 star rating and would recommend CPR to anyone in need of a repair or an accessory.

I don't usually review places but gotta say my experience here was wonderful. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I got. I was able to sit and watch the process and learn. Overall wonderful experience and highly recommended coming here if you need help.

Phenomenal service, was double-booked through a warranty repair and out of shop repair. Communicative the entire and refused to close the shop past business hours until he was done with my phone. Highly recommended, even did my battery swap for free due to the inconvenience.

Took my broken flip 4 and laptop here to have it evaluated. Joseph and Kim explained the ins and outs of the process and the cost associated with the repairs. Got my laptop fixed in a few days and they loaned me a GALAXY NOTE while I waited for my new phone to be delivered to me.

Was traveling in the Carlsbad area when my cell phone screen went black. Called CPR Cell Phone Repair, and explained the problem to Joseph. I had a replacement phone already bought but couldn't transfer the data from the broken phone. Joseph stayed after the store was closed and had me back on the road within an hour. Have an iPhone 13 Pro that I run caseless and one of the drops finally cracked a camera lens. Called 4 different shops between Carlsbad and San Marcos and the repair quote came in lower than all of them.

Dealt with Joseph the owner who fixed my
lens within 20-30 minutes (we were chatting and I lost track of time). Camera works great and I don’t have to worry about getting glass shards on my hands anymore!

Will definitely use this place in the future if I need to and will send friends here if they are as careless as I am.

I have a Touch iPod that had a battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. I went to Apple, but, because iPods are so obsolete, they no longer repair them.
After getting the same answer from a couple of repair shops, I was lucky enough to find CPR Cell Phone Repair. They were great! Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I will definitely be a repeat customer for any needed future cell phone or iPod repairs!

Excellent service! They ordered a new screen for my cellphone and replaced it at a reasonable price. Even replaced the rear camera covering screen for free. Definitely recommend!

I dropped my phone in water and it died right after vising all 5 NPs in Utah and right before I do a backup !! I had also an international eSIM on it and I was told that I needed to go back to the country that had originally provided the SIM to get it replaced !! I feel so very lucky finding Joseph and his team to work on my phone ! They really went the extra mile to bring my phone back to life !! I cannot express my gratitude enough ! I couldn't get my charger to enter the port and probably charge my phone. It only took 10 minutes to clear some minor lint accumulation and my phone is now charging as efficiently as possible. Easy and headache free service. Highly recommended.
