Kerry was very professional and showed the utmost customer care and support to my husband and I! He is the example Verizon needs to keep us with your company for many more phone upgrades! We travel over an hour into another county to get the best customer service experience!

Very casual, prompt and informed gentleman at the store was instrumental to my positive experience. His name starts with K, sorry I don’t remember his full name. He’s a good man who does his job well, and I greatly appreciate his efforts.

This was best experience at a Verizon store hands down! Robert was incredible fast efficient and knowledgeable. My iPhone 11 was on its last hour and switched to an iPhone 15 in less than 30 minutes. 10/10 experience. Thank you Robert!

I went in to pick up my new iPhone 15. Cedar greeted me and was extremely courteous and helpful with setting up my new phone. My experience was quick, easy and very relaxing. Thank you Cedar for doing such an outstanding job

First of all, this place is so clean and welcoming. Kerry has been so helpful and quick and doesn’t come across very salesy. I appreciate his great customer service.

I went in today to get a new phone. James was helping me through out the whole process. He was very patient and helped me set up all my devices. He also took the time to answer all questions. It got slightly busy when I was in there and even though he was helping me he greeted each customer that came in. He made getting a new phone an enjoyable experience. Usually I get stressed out because of past experiences getting a phone. I would recommend this location. James thank you for taking the time to provide such great customer service today.

my mom and I had a pleasant time at this location! omar was very helpful and patient. he walked us through all the ins and outs and was able to clearly tell us what we were buying. he helped out with the transfer of the phones and helped us get set up with our payment. james was very condescending towards omar and had a sassy attitude towards him. omar handled it very professionally and was kind towards him when james was not kind towards omar. other than that it was a great visit!

I have been using this location for years. I have always had amazing service and care. My phone died last week. Cori helped me through the whole process and out the door. He also answered a lot of questions that I had. Later I had a small issue that required returning to the store. Cori was busy and I was helped by another professional who assisted me beyond what was necessary. Seriously - also there are 2 employees there I have known for over 2 years which is great to have continuity in employees.

Today - January 2019 I had some significant questions as my phone had been hacked. Scott was amazing!! So helpful and PATIENT~! I had some serious issues and had to leave on business the next day. Scott made sure everything was working as it should before I walked out the door. He didn't have to do this and could have said - too bad, so sad - but since I have been a customer in this store for years he went above and beyond! Thanks Scott!!!

Have been to this location twice - once to ask questions about existing offers and second time for an upgrade. Both James and Kerry were very helpful and answered all of my questions clearly. They were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!

Kerry was very helpful and helped me understand some of the new phones out by Apple. My husband had dropped his phone ans broke it so he also got a new phone. The whole process including transferring everything was so much shorter than in the past with other stores -

Kerry has been soooooo helpful, pleasant and kind on multiple occasions when I have gone in for different things. And so patient when I tried my password 11 different times! He helped me figure out what memory card to get so I didn't overload my phone with baby pictures and helped me choose the perfect phone for me. Kerry is the Best!
