The Boost Store here in Nashville, Tennessee on Jefferson Street I thought was a good store , but I had bought a phone ,Samsung S 25...5 g...with a new case an Screen saver an as soon as I got to my room i noticed my screen saver had a big bubble in it, " now I just payed 10.00 for 1 Screen. Saver", so I called them an told them an the lady said to come in an they will take care of it....out when I went in she said there's nothing they can do but take it off an put it back on..then it was worst...she said she couldn't give me another one, an I told her your not giving me anything, I paid 10 dollar's for 1 screen an as soon as she put it on it was messed up,she said When you buy a phone, they normally give you a case and Screen saver with the one price. But they didn't offer me anything. I was really upset. I've been with boost for 15 years or longer. And this store is terrible. I'll be contacting my boost when I get Home. I'm out-of-state at this time...Boost is normally the best, I would recommend anyone to use them..Check everything before you leave that store. ..Beware...Good luck.

Bright neon saying they're open, yet, the door has a padlock on it & no one's answering the phone. It's 12:52pm.

I went to this store just to get an account number. It was a note on the door saying they were on lunch. I contacted customer service they said the employee was gone for the day. Customer service wanted me to travel to another store 15 mins away for an account number.
