I love Asurion. They are the best. They always go above and beyond. My Pixel 5a has had the black screen of death 3 times now and every time I have taken it to them, they have been clear, efficient, fast, and made my life as easy as possible. 10/10 would recommend

I brought in an iPhone 11 Pro Max to have the cracked screen replaced. The first replacement after getting it back had the "ghost touch" issue on the screen resulting in random apps opening, problems with typing and scrolling such, which made for a nearly unusable phone. uBreakiFix ordered a new screen and replaced it a 2nd time which ended up with the same problem. The staff was very helpful and issued me a full refund for the trouble. I ended up taking it somewhere else and they replaced the screen and there were no more issues with "ghost touch". I did this as a favor for a friend of mine so they could have a warranty on the screen. I have been a computer tech myself in the past so I understand this is the way it goes at times due to parts compatibility, quality, etc.. but uBreakiFix was great at working through this problem with me. I commend you.

My daughter’s iPhone went completely dead for no reason. Brought it here and Sterling fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He was patient and knowledgeable, and turned a stressful day completely around! Thank you Sterling! You are awesome!

Sterling was a pleasure to work with fixing my Mac Book Air after my cat spilled coffee all over it. He did such a thorough job making sure to clean the inside of the mac and was right on the money with what parts needed to be replaced. The communication with him and the team at this location was very fluid and easy. All the guys at this location are very genuine, really care, and are super helpful. I'm not one to readily trust a company (especially insurance companies) and after this experience, I'm happy I went with them. I highly recommend this location and the team that works there.

We had a great experience yesterday at your Bellevue location. Greg was able to repair our old IPhone 6 that had many memorable photos we didn’t want to lose. We’ll be getting these printed now. Greg has great costumer service skills!

Fixed 2 iphones in our family -- battery replacement on one and screen replacement on the other -- a great improvement for a reasonable price on beloved but 3+ year old iphones.

Stirling and his team were so helpful, knowledgeable and were able to fix my iPod in a timely manner. Highly recommend! and the store itself was very nice - many places to sit and a lot of available (free) parking in the Gulch.

sterling was awesome! He estimated it would take an hour and a half to two hours to replace my screen on my iPhone, but it only took an hour. Excellent customer service!

I got my iPad air screen replaced and the experience was a breeze. Walked in, store ordered my part overnight. Next day, it was fixed in a couple of hours.

Just got my Xbox series x a month ago. Went back home to Nashville to visit family for thanksgiving and I packed it up and brought it with me. Well somehow the HDMI port got damaged and was not displaying anything on the tv when I hooked it up. Upon researching, apparently it’s quite common in the series x and also the PS5. Obviously I am upset about this, so I found ubreakifix by asurion in Nashville and I call them up telling them my problem. They got me an appointment that day and even got it fixed THAT DAY! Now If I’m being totally honest it was a little more pricey than I would’ve wanted, but let’s be honest everything is now a days. Anyways, thank you so much for the wonderful service and for the urgency. You have definitely earned a repeat customer! The staff was amazing but especially Sterling! Thank you!

Amazing customer service. They offered an option where they would put a temp new screen on while i was onsite to back up all of my data - versus paying for a full new screen (after i had already purchased a new phone.

The manager stayed late after closing to fix my screen. He was very sincere, kind and did a great job fixing my phone. I recommend 10/10!! The man who helped me deserves a raise!!
