A couple people highly recommended this truck so I had to try it out. The prices are pretty cheap and the staff are super friendly.

The food was soo good. I got the vegetarian chimichanga+taco and my friend tried the sheep taco and pork burrito. I don’t even know how to describe the flavors. You have to go here.

And the hot orange salsa was seriously hot! Get the green or red if you can’t handle spice.

Best Mexican street food I've ever had. Extensive menu. Highlights:
* Chicken tacos: the juiciest shredded chicken you've ever had. Great with the salsa Verde and squeeze of lime
* Tacos de tripa: dank, barnyardy, chewy tripa, sweetened with a bit of caramelized onion, brightened by a squeeze of lime and sprinkle of cilantro. The salsa picante adds a lovely kick with fruity taste.
* Burrito de lengua: room temp burrito stuffed with unctuous lengua, shredded lettuce, sour cream, tomato, refried beans. Really one of the best burritos you'll ever have
* Chimichanga de campechano: a warm, spiced, fried burrito of cesina, sausage, and chicharron. Fabulous with sour cream and the salsa picante.
* Huarache de asada: crunchy fried tortilla boat filled with carne asada, lettuce, tomato, refried beans, crema, and sharp cheese. Fabulous.
* Gorditas: the gorditas are fine but are better at Taqueria El Bajio.
* Tacos de cabeza: unctuous, meltingly tender meat from the cows head. Pair with the salsa roja.

* Al pastor is good, has a slight piña hint but better at Doña Lilia where they use chunks of pineapple

* Chicharron is fine but best at City Bus.

* Torta cubana is good and it's huge. Practically 2 meals.

* Torta de milanesa is like a BLT but with chicken fried steak instead of bacon. And it has avocado. Amazing and you don't see this at other Mexican trucks.

Vegetarian options are limited but the veg burrito is good. Vegan options extremely limited.

This place tastes so much authentic and fresh. Their prices are reasonable. Not too less not too expensive. Horchata is not too sweet and I loved the way they made it. True barbacoa available here. I drove 1 hour to eat here and its totally worth it!

Best tacos in the area. The carne asada was seasoned perfectly and the tortillas were homemade. The staff is friendly too.

$9 for 3 tacos. Well prepared and included onion, avocado, lemon wedge, and sauce

Great ethnic food, quick tasty Mexican food truck vittles, large portions and easy to get to if you know where to look. Atmosphere is a little seating area off main thoroughfare but clean and nice versus eating in your car.

The best tacos in Chapel Hill. Very authentic and affordable.

I never get a photo of my food here because I am so excited to eat it. The meats are all super high quality, the service is fast and friendly, and a great value. $10 burritos the weight of a small child!

Being super finicky and picky about tortilla and food quality in general it's hard to find a place to give unreserved praise to but this is likely the second best food truck I ever ate at (the first being Shark Pit in Lahaina) and the best Mexican I had for as long as I can recall. Their tortilla is THE BEST I ever had, hands down. Beans were a tad flat and predictable but keep improving - we're expecting great things from this truck. Also love how they're uplifting otherwise boring street and the patio lights are a great feature in the evenings.

Very good, freshly served food. I had the chicken tacos corn shells could have doubled up, but overall, it was very tasteful....and prices should display price for difference in tacos.

Very great food and the staff is very friendly. They are a little bit expensive on some of the items but pretty reasonable as well l Definitely recommend if your looking for a Mexican fast food that's delicious 😋

One of the best taco trucks in the area. I like to add some sazon completa for a lil razzle dazzle.

Best taco truck in Carrboro/Chapel hill hands down. Tortillas are bomb. Meat is all high quality and not at all gristly. Food comes out remarkably fast and all super fresh.

The tacos are really good here! The schedule is consisten with what the google page says, unlike many other taco trucks around chapel hill - carrboro area. Lengua tacos are my favorite. Love the place!

This in not only my favorite food truck in the region, but is maybe one of my new favorite places to eat period. Their burritos are so good that I can't actually think of anywhere else that serves a better burrito. The tortillas are fresh and amazing, the filling is so well cooked and seasoned, and the salsa is incredible.

Our office team eats here at least once a week now, and it becoming more like twice a week. We sometimes start talking about Garnachas burritos in the office when it's still 8am. I want to try the other stuff on the menu, but I find myself getting the burrito every time. Someday soon I'll try other things on the menu...maybe.

Fantastic food if you don't mind paying extra

The best taco truck in the area (we have done a few taco truck crawls to confirm!). What is unique is that they have food for everyone. There is a wide variety of meats for people looking for something authentic. They also have vegetarian options. Their chicken (tacos, quesadillas, etc.) is our favorite of all the food trucks - they use shredded white meat that is marinated and always juicy and delicious. It's perfect for someone who is picky and only eats white meat but also is tasty enough for someone who prefers dark meat. Every time we decide to be adventurous and try something new, it doesn't disappoint.

Delicious tacos! I tried the barbacoa, the tripa and the cabeza. All of the meats were perfectly cooked and full of sauce. The salsas are flavorful and the red sauce has a great smokiness to it. Lots of parking and great tables under the tree.
