We just got signed up with a family plan today. We were helped by Geno the manager and Alexis . We were extremely excited with how much money they saved us. We were on a family plan with AT&T and saved $100 a month by switching. Geno the manager spoke with me on the phone before I arrived and he made sure we got all the deals available to us. Alexis also found additional promos we were eligible for. They were both extremely helpful and made it a speedy process for us. We came in with our two small children so we really appreciate it getting in and out of there as soon as possible. They also took the time to explain all the different phones, and what would be best for us specifically. I would highly recommend the store.

Savannah is highly recommend. She converted 4 phones from 2 different carriers, and, was able to get passwords, which none of them want to give up. My daughter has had them for years and said they are great. Also we were tired of not having any reception.

Freaking AMAZING customer service! I worked with Baylen and Geno and they were just stellar from the start, walked me through every process, helped me put on my case and even save one of my lost apps. Perfect service , 6/5 stars!! Thanks guys!

Came to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile and had a lot of issues with my new IPhones 12. Staff was outstanding. Went above and beyond to fix the phones. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and patient. Amgad and Geno were so helpful. Highly recommend that store.

Great store all around! Very nice staff, room for your kids to play around while you get the newest technology! They’ll also get you the best value for your money. I have been a T-mobile customer for 5 years, one and a half year going to this store! Amazing service.

Great Store and staff and always friendly and willing to help. I especially want to commend Monse she is very knowledgeable and has wonderful customer service skills which is rare in these current times. I came in to get help with a problem with my phone and she resolved the problem and explained what she did in a way that was very understandable. She has a pleasant demeanor which is a very good aptitude to have when dealing with stressed customers. She is an all around asset to T-Moblie.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I have been to multiple T-mobile stores here in Gresham and Portland but this store was by far the best with customer service, and knowledge staff. The Manager was very friendly and helpful as well!!

These guys are awesome! Not only did they not try to oversell me but guided me to a phone that meant my needs perfectly. Jacob and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and service oriented. I love my new Samsung A20. Thanks guys! I'll be sending everyone I know your way

Jennifer is awesome. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She immediately asked how she could help. She helped troubleshoot and solve my issue. She asked one of her colleagues for assistance and he was happy to help. I felt she went above and beyond and went outside the box to find a solution for me.

Came in to get my phone upgraded, and to add my boyfriend to my phone plan. The gentleman by the name of John got us the phones, helped transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new phone, and got my boyfriend's phone partially activated. After 24 hours of his iPhone 8 not working properly, I brought the phone back after 2 hours of trying to diagnose the problem myself at home. So I brought the phone back the next day and was helped by another nice gentleman (I forgot his name but he was very apologetic and nice). After 45 minutes of playing with the phone and getting it updated we found out the problem was a bad sim card, and the phone had only been put on a cellular plan, but had no data plan. Once we got these issues fixed, its up and running again, and it works great. You guys have an awesome team, and a very nice and helpful staff. Keep up the good work, guys. :)

I have a problem with smart phone technology. The associate that helped me with my new phone was helpful, knowledgeable and had a lot of patience. She needed patience. Highly recommend this store.

Great place, great people, I left understanding what was going on and what I needed to do. Was finally ready to step up from metro and they made it look easy.
