Awesome service. The first guy at the desk couldn’t find a sooner appointment for me so he found someone else to assist me who got me in the next day. Upon picking up my phone the first guy apologized for not being able to assist me and was super polite. The dude who did find me a appointment and fixed my phone was very informative, great conversation, and even took time and tried to transfer my SIM card to another phone I had present to help me continue to use my phone service. It didn’t work but it was the thought that counts. These group of guys are awesome I’d recommend them to anyone!! If you have apple care they have awesome prices as well, they work fast and efficiently. Thanks again guys!!!

Everything went great!
We just moved from Marin & Sonoma County, California to Vancouver Washington. We needed 2 wall mounts for our big televisions and Washer/Dryer sets. Besides getting larger price savings we got service savings and prices on car stereo/ GPS system to order next week.

Brendan was a professional in every sense of the word! He helped me get my new phone activated and he was able to transfer all of my pictures and videos from my old phone to my new phone. He was very professional with me and also with other customers while I was waiting. He was very knowledgeable about cell phones and he was very thoughtful and conscious of his customers needs. We usually had good service. They ended up coming to repair my Sony tv nine times. The tv was bad the start.

One man was late each time he came & never gave me a call to let me know he would be late. I would have appreciated a call or text.

I ended up getting a new tv after the new Operations Manager Jesse made it good.
I had a warranty & but all along they refused to give me a tv. I have a Samsung now that works well now.

Great service, so take your time because could be a little of customers waiting for their turn.

I really wanted to love this service but I can't. The wait time to get your computer fixed is toooo long. 2-3 weeks in not going to work when you use your computer for work. Sadly, I need to find another computer repair type of service (I won't go back to Dell either).

They are rude and for me they created problem s and wanted to charge me for fixing the myproblem s they were
responsible for. Not to mention they are terrible with people.

They don't even look at you when you ask for help they just say go over there. I spent over a thousand dollars and when I told them they denied that there would have change d me that much. They pulled up my record but it only went back as year not the two years needed. They also turned off my mouse and I returned and and they said oh they didn't realize it. Period never a thanks for being a client who has spent over$8000.00 in their store but never erer will I buy anything from them .

Automated system is horrible. Staff associate was very knowledgable and helpful.

Hard to get to someone that could answer two simple questions.
