They have always been good to us, giving us professional customer service and helping us with our problems. I like that there is a kiosk you can pay a bill and not have to talk to someone. The manager at this location helped us with our situation and made sure we understood what to do and had everything we needed as far as receipts.

Changing phone carriers is never something many look forward to - let alone, cross their mind. However, when rumors were leaked that T-Mobile would be moving legacy plans to their newer plans, this immediately became something I constantly thought about as I couldn't afford to pay double the price.

One of the first stops I made was the Verizon store at Gresham Station. Andrew immediately greeted me and let me explain the situation while understanding that I was only in the research phase and would not be signing/transferring anything until the news was confirmed the following week. This didn't phase Andrew at all - in fact, he continued to work with me to find a plan that suited my needs without using any sales tactics.

When we finally aligned on a plan that matched, Andrew handed me his business card and said that I could text him with any questions. Little did he know, I would be taking him up on his offer and asking him questions every other day for the next two weeks.

During those two weeks, I went to AT&T and sadly admit, other Verizon branches to see if the offers varied and out of all of these experiences, none of them compared to Andrew's. The level of care, and willingness to work with me and remember the facts is what made me return to officially become a Verizon customer!

Even after signing the contract and needing to wait to port the number over because of my complex situation, Andrew still worked with me instead of telling me to call customer service. His level of dedication to serve the needs of the consumers is why I am happy to have become a Verizon customer and will not be switching phone carriers anytime soon.

Got my new and the latest of phone for my prepaid service and all went well and the guy putting my screen cover actually replaced the one he put on at purchase as it had a dust particle in it. Thank you and the customer service was tentative, greeted us quick and we're knowledgeable of all aspects of the sales process. Even switched my service and gave me my same number free of charge. Thank you!

They are very helpful and spend the time explaining the features of the phone.

I’m not sure about some of the other reviews about this store, but my experience that I just had here was very positive. The associate named Will who helped me, I am so grateful for! He went above and beyond to educate me about new products and solutions to problems I’ve been having with older ones. Everyone else in the store also seemed helpful and professional. I left this store with a new iPad and feeling really well informed and positive that I made the right decision about my purchase. I was not rushed or made to feel dumb or anything like some stores, and I always appreciate when people take their time and are patient with me, as some of the tech curve can be hard to keep up with. I will definitely be taking my future business back here, and thanks again for all your help today!

Was lucky to be seen super quick after arriving. Shaun helped me and he was the absolute bee’s knees. Knew what he was doing, and super friendly and efficient. Exactly the kind of service one hopes for.

Just purchased a phone from Gabriella Simon....her customer service was exceptional!! Very knowledgeable, about the products, wasn't "pushy" at all at trying to sell us all the extras, took her time with us going over everything about the phone.

After many calls on hold I made an appointment to go into the store. So glad I did! The employees here are so helpful. They fixed an issue that had been messed up for weeks. Highly recommend!

Had some serious issues with upgrading from a 6 to a 12 PRO but these guys worked with me and after a lot of drama over a week period, all is well. They will work with you if you have issues so give them a chance. The wireless business is crazy!

I had just graduated the day before I came here to upgrade my phone and Nikkie hooked me and my family up with the best deals omg this was the best experience with Verizon ever she was so nice and we spent so much time talking had an amazing conversation very funny and my family loved the service definitely come here ❤

I went in today for help with my map app on my samsung that was a couple years old and Gabby helped me get a new Note 10 and showed me how to transfer everything from my old phone, so that I could do it from the comfort of my own home! She was the most genuine person I've ever worked with at Verizon. If you need a new phone, go to this store and ask for her. You wont be disappointed.

This five star is for Shaun Fletcher he has been the best experience in this shop. He helped me and my fiance with a messed up phone for a extended period of time and saved us money on not having to buy a new oone.Him and him alone is the reason we will return.

Justin was great to deal with. He was patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly and honestly. Next time I need to buy a phone and/or accessories, I will definately be coming back to see him.

I was able to get the best cellphone for my needs without being pushed into something more expensive for the sake of a better sale for them. The man that helped me was super nice and made sure everything was transferred over and working properly before I left.

Only been in here a few times, but they've always been quick and helpful. Francis, the front line guy, is a real character and a lot of fun. I do recommend going towards the end of the day, never much of a wait.
