Every time I go in here the service is amazing. I have been with T mobile for over 20 years....Jacob helped me today. What a great person. Wish every person was like him.

Jacob helped me buy a phone that suited my needs and pocketbook. Very good customer service skills. All working today were very pleasant and proffessional.

I had to return an additional line that was accidentally duplicated online. I brought the new-in-box item and returned it and had the line cancelled in an amazingly short amount of time. The customer service provided was legendary. The store was fully staffed and all staff were very welcoming and helpful. Jace helped me with my issue. I am already a T-Mobile internet and mobile customer. Should I need anything additional, this will be the location that I return to. Knowledgable and helpful staff. Win, win.

My wife and I started our T-Mobile service at the other burnside location next to Fred Meyer, and encountered nothing but poor service and unhelpfulness. We came to this location on burnside to cancel our service, and got the absolute pleasure of working with Wyatt. He helped us cancel our pending service that was riddled with mistakes and unsalvageable, and helped us set up our service quickly, efficiently, and with a smile and enthusiasm that really salvaged our opinion of T-Mobile as a company. Wyatt is a critical part of your team and I hope you all value him and what he brings to your team. He both saved a customer who was very upset, and delivered a great experience.

I had given this location 1 star a year ago due to the person working there instead of helping told me to just do everything online(I am not technology savy thats why i had originally came in) however on Monday February 5th I went in because I wanted to inquire about wifi and maybe about trading in my phone, because of my previous experience I went in thinking I had to do this all online however I was wrong. Mikaela was the one who helped me and Mann did she help me. She was super patient, knowledgeable and most important she gave me one of the best customer service. She compared my current line to a new shiwed me the difference and most importantly showed me how I can save money in the long run. I left feeling taken cared off and because of Mikaela I am given this a 5stars.

I went to the T-Mobile store the other day and met Tyler, who was really nice to me. He was a sales representative, and he helped me pick out the best phone for me. Tyler listened to me and explained all the features of the phones he recommended. He was really good at his job and never pressured me to buy anything. I had a great experience with him, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a nice experience.

Had a great experience adding a phone line. The employee helping us was very friendly and professional. I don't remember her name but her makeup was flawless and she had a septum ring.

Just had great service at this location. They were very busy but courtesy. Especially Jace. He explained that there were new security measures and how I could be put on my son's account. Everyone was very polite.

I'm not really a phone guy. I don't know what I'm looking for in them. But I came in with my friend who does and came looking, but I feel like I didn't need to, the expert, Shyrene(?), did a killer job giving me a lot of good options and how much financing them would be. She was a great conversationalist and made an experience that usually makes me nervous into a quick stop through the store. If they train all they're employees like this you're always gonna be in good hands.

We just switch from Verizon to Tmobil. Our experience was above excellent. Jace Adams worked with us and his customer service was top notch, he went above and beyond to make sure all our phones were active. His type of customer service is what Verizon is missing these days. Its exciting to see that there are still customer service guys like Jace in the work force these days when so much is changing. I would expect he will promote fast. Iván helped me, he was great. I had been trying different stores to resolve my issue for a month. Iván was able to resolve it in a few hours. Definitely will be driving from Battle Ground to Gresham to do my T-Mobile business at this location. Amazing customer service.

Sam and Ginger are amazing!! I came in an hour to closing and had to wait outside for 45min due to covid restrictions and they both were so helpful and stayed an hour after closing to help finish my new phone transfer. They are both the epitome of what GREAT customer service is!!
