Build-A-Bear Workshop

Did you know that during the month of your birthday you pay however many years you’re turning for this bear. My daughter was turning three so it only cost us three dollars to build this Bear. They were so encouraging and helpful and so much fun they really know how to celebrate a child’s birthday.

This place is the most sweetest shop for children. The workers were so caring and helpful. To me it made a child's dream come true about creating their very own special friend.

Precious experience creating a sweet little cotton candy smelling bear for my little girl. She felt special picking out each piece of the bear and making it her own.

All of the Employees we're really nice. I got great service. All of there build a bears are so cute. I really hope that they get stitch back

Had a great experience. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Even having to deal with Covid and counting customers and keeping everyone happy they still managed to help me and my husband find 3 perfect friends for our grandbabies.

Everytime we go we encounter kind folks who are very accustomed to wildly excited rambunctious children. My lot always has a blast when we go. And we are always met with smiles amd kindness :)

Yes I am an adult. Yes I went and stuffed a bear and loved it. I understand though it is a children's place and I don't hold the employees accountable at all for the children screaming and knocking over inventory because they didnt get what they want.
Bless the employees who can deal with that every day in the middle of a mall.

Very kind staff, very personable and willing to talk to kids. Also the services that are offered to restitch torn bears and help find lost bears is great. When stuffing the bear they put a slip inside that has the barcode so they can find you if your bear gets brought in to a store.

We showed up right before they closed; yet everyone was super friendly and helpful! Thanks for helping me make memories with my family

My daughter wanted to build herself a new friend for her 3rd birthday. This shop knocked it out of the park. They have a wide variety of friend options and enough accessories to keep your kids busy for hours trying to decide what to buy for their new friend. Staff was kind and courteous as well. Kind of expensive but any type of shop with a specialty gimmick typically is.

Love love love build a bear! All of my kiddos have a memory from here! We don’t have one in Alaska so when we stumbled upon one in Nashville we were thrilled! Great experience. Love the choices! Love coming here!

I wouldn't say we are regulars, but we are here most times when we find the opportunity to come to the mall. The staff are always friendly.

Got our $15 voucher and went to BAB at Opry Mills Mall tonight. There were several shoppers and the staff handled it so well. They were great!
Tammy and Steph were wonderful!! They were extremely informative and patient with kids.
Both of these women are very good with customer service and excellent representatives of the company.
The girls adore their new furry friends. And what a fun experience!!

We had a great time at Build-A-Bear tonight thanks to Zachary! We have been several times before but he took the experience one step further. He had a ton of personality, energy and was great with the kids! This trip really stood out from any other time we’ve been. Thanks for the great service, Zachary!

They know how to staff that’s for sure. they pick the most patient people to work at all stations from walking in , to stuffing, to check out!!! We got heartfelt interactions the whole experience!! Will be back!!

My grandson was so excited today when we made a right into Build A Bear instead of where he thought we were going. I haven't seen him smile so much in a while. What a great experience for his 12th birthday!

For being there during a super busy time of day. We were in and out barely over 30 mins. The store was well stocked clean and we'll staffed as always.

We are there often that we keep our visit routine minimal. We skip little celebration of life ceremony, skip the birth certificates and wash stations. my kids are no longer young enough to enjoy those experiences. (Teens)

While I stand in line to get everything stuffed. They go out look for accessories. Then after there stuffed. I'll look at the stuff I seen while in line as I walk to the register.

We're always there for the new Pokemon for them. Sometimes we are getting gifts for someone's birthday. Sometimes we are getting a stuffed friend to donate. (We'll grab a empty birth certificate for them to fill out at home.) So far we're up to 6 donated stuffed friends over the past 4 years. Three was from the pay your age day last year. My kids and I each made one to donate since we was in the area that morning. It was a two-hour wait but it was well worth it. We get coupons often enough that we share that love with the kids who can't come into the store. Today's visit was to add to my kids collection of Pokemon.

Went to BAB with my grandbabies to do something with them to create some memories. All the employees were very nice and very helpful with the little ones to make our experience wonderful. The store was very clean and put together. Had a wonderful time.

We went to celebrate our daughter’s birthday & she had a blast. Our toddler absolutely loved the stuffing machine! We can’t wait to go again!
