I regularly visit my local Locust Grove PO. I'm greeted with smiles. With verbal thanks for patience to their customers, if they get very busy. Wirh courtesy if people are less than patient with clerks who are doing their best to cheerfully satisfy our needs.
The Post Office is not a business, it's a service. It needs to be headed by a person who understands that.

I went to Locust Grove USPS for submitting my passport application & received very good service. They even took some photocopies for me free of charge & were very polite & gave good service. Please keep up the good work for the benefit of the public. Thanks.

I went into this post office about 15 minutes before closing. There was no line to wait. I was greeted by a very friendly lady named Verda. She has amazing customer service skills! If only there were more of her in other post office.

This post office has proven to be efficient. Whenever I go there employees are professional and there goal is to get you in and out. I will continue to use this post office for all my mailing needs.

Love our "small town" post office. It is sometimes slow, but there's a lot of of folks going there, even though we are a "small town". Just remember to have your patience ready, as you should do anytime in public places. Staff is friendly and helpful. Smile, the person helping you is probably stressed due to the high volume of patrons they are serving.

My husband and I run an online business and we go out of our way to go to this location to send out our packages everyday. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind/friendly and very thorough. I am shocked that anyone could ever say otherwise. As someone who has gone to various post offices daily for the last 10 years, I can say this is one the most organized and professional USPS locations I have ever been to. It’s been over a year of visiting this location daily and we have had ZERO issues with the thousands of packages we have sent out. Staff here (especially the gentlemen that work at the front desk) are outstanding at their job and always a pleasure to deal with. A+ from us!

I love our small town post office. Every time I go they are always able to meet my needs with a smile, even when I have no idea what I am doing. They are quick and efficient.

Smaller post office but super friendly front staff! The lady who helped me was patient with the many packages I had to send after Christmas, and she did it all with a smile. I reside in McDonough, but I will go out of my way to visit this post office in Locust Grove.
