We had an absolutely wonderful experience there today. The manager was extremely helpful, showed us various bags, helped us determine the proper size bag, and worked with us until we had the perfect bag for our trip. I'm glad we drove there today and the next time we need a bag this will be my first stop.

Don’t understand the negative reviews - I have bought 3 Briggs & Riley bags from them and they have always been pleasant and helpful. Great products at competitive prices.

Worldwide has been my go-to for backpacks, suitcases, wallets, belts, and other travel accessories for years now! The employees are super knowledgable about their items and are really dedicated to helping find the exact piece. Highly recommend

I don't know WHAT that was all about, but that has not been my experience. Maybe because I don't try to get a retailer to compete with already steeply discounted wholesale prices :P I've purchased MANY items from this store, including many superb Made-In-America leather laptop bags and folios, and always found the prices to be highly competitive and the staff courteous and helpful.

My experience here was initially good, but turned negative quickly. I was looking for a nice laptop bag for my boyfriend. I came here in early January and poked around, eventually accepting the store owner's offer for help. He talked me into a $300 bag, even though I was concerned the laptop was too big for the bag. He said he would accept a return, so I was convinced to purchase it and we went to the counter to purchase the bag.

Upon getting home, the laptop fit, but not comfortably, and there was no room for anything else. The bag was never used, only taken out of the box to try it out. When I went back in early February to return the bag, the store owner refused to accept a return (with my receipt), saying the bag had been used. The tags were still on the bag and it had never been taken out of the house, just sitting in the box in my car until I was able to return it. He claims there was wear on the leather, and made no effort to listen to me or offer any alternatives. He just threw it back at me and said he wouldn't take it. I'm now stuck with a $300 bag that I can't use.

Moral of the story: If you choose to buy here, inspect the bag thoroughly before purchasing (I suspect the "damage" must have been on the leather before I bought it) and don't purchase the bag unless you are 100% confident you will keep it. I will never be going back.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The manager is a chronic liar. He is very shady. I bought a suitcase, left it at home for three weeks while on vacation as it was way too big for me to lift after I'd packed it. I went to return it and had lost the receipt. The part-time employee on duty barely spoke understandable English, spent at leat 10 minutes on the phone with the manager and finally said I could return the bag if I would prit out the American Express bill showing the purchase. She had also most thoroughly inspected the bag. I went back a couple days later with the print out as requested. The manager was there, lied about every having spoken to the employee, said she was part-timie and had no authority and refused to take the bag back. I have several other Briggs and Riley bags and have always done well by them. I"ll be contacting them and letting them know how poorly this shop represents them. I would strongly advise against shopping at Worldwide Luggage.

Salesman said he would match any price we found for the Brigs and Riley luggage I bought for my daughter. We found it for $50 cheaper at MCX (Marine Corps Exchange at Henderson Hall plus no taxes for an additional $37 savings)and showed him photos of the display and price tags. He got mad and yelled at us in the store and said we faked the tags and he would get the MCX removed from selling the suitcase for less than his price. I will NEVER go to this store again.
