I can without a doubt say that this is the best urgent clinic in Tupelo. I have never spent more than an hour in the office. The nurses and receptionists are kind and always listen to my concerns. I will never go to another clinic! I highly recommend for adults and children.

The visit was about a hour and 30 minutes in and out. Coming off a 7 day cruise, I became sick on day e. As soon as I got home I had to go to the clinic due to the severe pain...I had the worse case of STREP THROAT!! All I remember from the cruise is drinking hot tea and sleeping. I think my husband owe me a do over lol.

The lady at the check in was amazing. I should have gotten her name. She helped me out so much. The provider was nice and understanding as well. I will recommend the clinic just from the lady at the front desk ! Y'all were so nice to me and my son this morning. I really appreciate it !

Y'all are AWESOME! I always get seen at my appointment time. When you are hurting and miserable, this makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE! Tests and results are always done quickly! Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful!

I came to MedPlus back in June of this year for a work related injury, and I came back Today for a follow-up and the staff here were very knowledgeable of my recent injury and showed genuine concern. I. Wasn't there more than an Hour. Thanks to this great Staff.

Brooke Galbraith was sweet and really listened to my daughter even though she is15 years old. She made her feel less nervous about getting a shot. We always come to MedPlus 😊

Staff members are very nice very friendly very professional and very thorough! They get you in and out very quickly! I arrived at 11:00 and was in and out quick! I highly recommend you go here for your health problems!

Christian atmosphere! Staff is polite and makes you feel at home. I saw Stormi and I really like her.

Considering the amount of people going through this clinic daily, I am incredibly impressed with my wait time (less than 30 minutes total), the convenient drive through setup, and the kindness of the staff. The lady who answered the phone, the one who asks questions while in line, and the nurse practitioner I saw were all so nice and helpful. They have to be exhausted, but it doesn’t show. 100% recommend!

Everyone is always super sweet and actually concerned about making me feel better. They definitely care about their patients. I will be back!

Everyone was so nice and supportive.......very professional and friendly like we have known each other for years....and....easy to talk to.....the receptionist was very helpful....she assisted with my phone registry......she did it for me and I appreciate her for that......from Hello till goodbye, it was a great experience....

I went to get blood work done and a tick checked out. Everyone was super nice and the nurse that took my blood was amazing!! I love it when I can get my blood drawn and it doesn’t hurt!!! The nurse practitioner was amazing too, and the front desk was super nice. I love that they play Christian music as I’m waiting as well. I always go here, but today was even higher service than normal. Thank you!!

I had a great experience. I took my granddaughter up there with the paperwork for being a new patient we still was in the back seeing the doctor within 30 minutes. I will use this clinic again. The nurse practitioner we saw really took the time to listen and was great with her. The nurses and office staff was so nice. The clinic was very clean and nice. From my first experience I was truly pleased and immediately called my daughter and told her how great they were. Will recommend this clinic.

Well...I just ABSOLUTELY LOVE this urgent care clinic. Both Lindsay and Brooke are SIMPLY THE BEST!!! (AND easy on the eyes, which is always a plus!) This clinic is just so clean and well-organized and well-equipped, well-known, well-designed, well-kept, and for SURE well-loved!!! Everyone is always so pleasant and ALWAYS show how much they TRULY CARE!! I know that whenever I'm in need of quick, thorough, & accurate medical attention, I can feel 100% confident in my choice of local urgent care clinics... Medplus, hands down, is the ONLY place to go!!

Have been here a couple times for COVID testing and they are always quick, friendly, and efficient. The appointment scheduling process is quick and easy. My wife recently had a crazy migraine after testing positive for COVID so we called them to see if she could get a migraine shot and within 20 minutes we were up there getting taken care of. Very pleased with the service and care from top to bottom.

The receptionist is awesome and Stormi is definitely an asset to this clinic and the clinic is an asset to this community!!! Low to no wait time most times and service is unmatched in the back.

The wait was short. The nurses and nurse practitioner were all very nice and competent. I was pleased with the care and explanations of care that were given! Most places just push you through and don’t seem to know what’s actually wrong, let alone being able to explain it to you! I will definitely come here in the future as well as recommend it to all my friends!

I can’t say enough good about this clinic. I had never been there, but after suspicion that I had Covid, and that they have a drive-thru, I made the choice to go there. I tried scheduling my appt online to no avail, but I went on anyway. I had to go inside to register my appt but only took a few minutes and the nice receptionist had me scheduled for next immediate appt. and she told me to go get in line outside. I was only vehicle at this point. Got tested and waited. As it turned out I was positive and Mr Elliott was my Np and he was so nice; answered all my questions, but most of all he called in all my scripts and they were ready ASAP. Not knowing why or what all the meds were I googled the advantage of taking each and every one of them and now I know. He covered every avenue possible and I have to say after 5 days I feel great. I’ve not had not one major symptom and I feel his thoroughness of my care is the reason why. I’ve known some people who have tested positive and their dr told them to just go get OTC cold medicines and vitamins to take. I am thankful for the care I received from Mr. Elliott.

We have been very satisfied with Medplus! We have used them twice, when our pediatrician is closed on the weekend and they are so friendly and really know what they're doing. They caught my little ones RSV early and just cover all their bases. They are also so patient and good with my toddler. It is always our second home to get her the healthcare she needs!
