Katrina Fields and the entire staff were great! They were so nice and went above and beyond to help my son after he was injured in his baseball game. So professional and kind!!

Dr. Lindsay Edmondson is the absolute best! I felt more comfortable talking with her than I had any other Dr. before. She listens and works with you to find the best options for your needs.

This by far is the best urgent care I've ever been too. I felt like absolute crap when I walked in but the young lady at the front check in continuously assured me that I wouldn't have to wait much longer to be seen. She kept me informed of my place in line and once I made it to the back every encounter I had with the nurse and doctor were so pleasant.

My family and I have going to this doctor's office for 6 years. They are polite, kind and patient. They can handle almost anything you throw at them. My family and I will only go to them if we can. Unless it's an actual emergency or they are closed.

I am super impressed with this clinic, especially the staff! They got me back to be seen quickly and were very professional and thorough! I was able to get in and out and it didn't take long at all. I definitely recommend this clinic!

They're always so professional thourough, kind, caring, and speedy. Honestly, I won't take myself nor my daughter anywhere else. They truly listen to your concerns and don't make you feel less than. The times we have been there we have yet to have a negitive experience.

Excellent experience! Courteous staff, always so helpful! This is the place to go for any medical issue that can be serviced without going to the ER! Perfection! Wait times are not long usually and even when they are longer than usual, the staff expedites service!

Every single time that I or my children have needed to be seen, this clinic is hands down the most efficient and kind. I really can't say enough about how wonderful they are! Thank y'all.

They were open on a holiday when I needed help. It was not enough for me to wait hours on end at an ER. They were friendly , helpful and funny. It is nice to go somewhere not feeling well and you make a bad joke because you don't really want to be there and they joke back and make you feel comfortable. I like Ouch but this place is closer to me. Again open on a holiday. Who does that? I will continue to go there.

I was very dehydrated and couldn’t stop throwing up. Everybody was very sweet and accommodating while I was not feeling well at all. They gave me an IV with fluids and zofran to feel better enough to go home and rest for two days. It was very cold so the sweet ladies brought me a heater since they didn’t have blankets yet! Definitely recommend for West Tupelo!

Very nice & compassionate staff. Will definitely recommend. I was better with in hours if the visit there. They even made my follow up app before I left that night to make sure I was ok. They seemed very concerned.

The service I received was quick and flawless. Everyone was attentive and patient as well. Will be my go to for my family.❤
