Wait time is usually a little long but that’s obviously quite reasonable. Dr Cook is really good, very kind, made sure I was ok throughout the entire process of having a toenail removed and was very easy to talk to. 10/10 Doctor ! Lots of other really good staff here too ☺

Friendly staff & wait time usually isn't long at all. Dr. Kenneth Cook is awesome! He's so friendly & he genuinely cares for his patients. He's very thorough & explains everything that's going on & what needs to be done.

Kenny Cook is amazing! He is thorough, knowledgeable, and personable, and he takes time with his patients. He is the ONLY medical professional I’ll ever see at this clinic. The others show NO regard for additional concerns.

We saw Kenny Cook and had a great experience. Very thorough. Office staff were efficient and friendly. Whole visit took less than 30 minutes, with virtually no waiting.

Staff was incredible.

Was prescribed something I'm allergic to at first, even though I covered it with the nurse and doctor. I called back to point out their error and they prescribed me something that I've taken before and had no observable effect. I guess they feel I deserve to be miserable. The sheer lack of care or consideration I was shown is astounding. For your own sake please avoid this place, it's almost as if they would rather antagonize their patients than help them.

The doctor barely took a look at what was ailing me and said, "it's probably an insect bite." No lab or anything to confirm it. That was a waste of time, then he just prescribed some antibiotics for me to take.

Horrible just horrible. Dr. Albers has the personality of a salmon. Horrible care. Came in with wounds, he didnt even dress them. I had to call him out on sending me out the door with less dressings that I had when I came in absolutely none. Then it take some 8 hours to write the prescription for antibiotics. Had to call repeatedly. Even the pharmacist conveyed to me how horrible of a doctor he was. Don't forget the person of finished last in their class is still called Dr!! NMMC needs to revoke his privilege.

I will never go to this place again. Dr. Albers is rude and has a smart mouth. I waited a hr in the room then they come in the room and refused me service. Mind u I'm a diabetic and I ran out of meds 2 days prior and couldn't see my Family Dr until the end of the week. But they didn't care because Dr.Albers put in my notes dnt give her meds. What type of mess is that. It's not like it's Narcotics it's metformin for God's sake!! And I have good insurance.I have never heard of anything like this. Dr Albers acts like he has lost his love for his job the way he talks to his patients but the rest of the staff is extra nice.

i've been coming here for awhile and i usually am satisfied . friday i came in with my one year old daughter and after getting called to the back , i waited 45 minutes before Dr Timothy Albers even came into the room. when he came in , he told me that they would run an RSV test which would only take 10 minutes . i wait another 30 minutes for a 10 minute test . the whole time i'm waiting in my room which is next to their little office, they are giggling and laughing ( obviously not working ). soo i go tell them that i'm about to leave and he catches an attitude . when i turn around and walk to my room , he is coming right behind me . obviously , the test results were ready , he just was sitting in there talking that he culdnt bring them so that we culdd go . i love Dr. Cook and Dr. Wolf . they are excellent . if i wuldve had them , this wouldnt have happened . Dr. Albers needs to learns from the others there

Awful took my son there bc of an earache. The doctor said there wasn't anything wrong with him. It was the week of school exams so he couldn't miss school but the earache had gotten worse. So, I take him back four days later after school, told them like it was and what do you know, he had had an ear infection! I'm one ticked off mom. They really don't care about their patients, that's for sure! Never really cared for this place but when you can't miss school you have no other choice.

Went here for being in a wreck, the car was totalled, I had to be Xrayed, and the CFNP working, would only give me inflammation RX, NOTHING for pain, not even to get threw to 3 days until all the Swelling was Gone....then Proceeded to act like a inflammation RX is for PAIN!!!! THEY JUST NEED TO CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!! JEFFREY SCOTT BALLARD is HORRIBLE!

I came in and waited 2 hours to be called to the back then another hour and a half after being called to the back to be seen by the doc. Then when I came back in a few days later for an excuse for my eye infection which was clearly not healed they wanted me to wait another 3 hours

I had taken my granddaughter 2 weeks in a row to med serve for the cnp or title Dr said she only had a stomach virus but has a103 fever & has been admitted nmmc for pneumonia getting ready to be transported to Leboneur in Memphis...I ask med serve Dr to admit her but he said she was going to be ok & didn't take any x-rays or blood work...smh NO MED SERVE ever again
