Michael at the T-Mobile off electric road is absolutely incredible.
We came in to the store today with a billing issue after previously calling the customer service number and was unable to be accurately helped. Michael handled it in store today. We called the customer service line with him present and he was able to have our billing issue completely corrected in the snap of a finger. Truly a saving grace. I will highly recommend T-Mobile. I believe it was also Cody in payments. These two men are truly a blessing to mobile.

Walked in and got helped immediately with great customer service from Trey and Brady and Staus. They helped me with exactly what I wanted and took no time and all. Even were nice to chitchat with while waiting for stuff to transfer. Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a great phone store experience probably best and easiest experience I’ve had at the phone store.

I will only come to this T-Mobile location! I had to upgrade my phone but am on a strict budget-John, Alex and Koma were the amazing team that serviced me on my multiple trips to the store-they bent over backwards to get me something that met my needs! You will not be disappointed!!!

This was probably the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life – literally! I worked with Avarie, Assistant Retail Manager, to transfer everything from old phone to new phone. I was blown away by her knowledge, patience, tenacity, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure all info was where it needed to be.

What is usually a cumbersome experience, was made not only bearable, but fun, as she assisted me in setting up new phone and re-accessing all my work apps. The whole team was stellar as I waited & I wish all businesses had even a quarter of what this team has. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely make it my go-to place when phone services are needed.

The customer service representative was great at the store. He tried everything he could think of to resolve the issue. However, he could not fix it. I made my own attempts to fix the issue. The next day we returned to get a new phone. We bought a Samsung watch and were going to pair it to the old cell phone as a temporary solution. He swiped the phone to pair the watch and the issue with the cell phone resolved itself. We paired the watch to the phone and left satisfied.

Exceptional service at this store. My husband, son and I all updated our cell phones at this location on Saturday. The manager and all the employees at this store were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and polite. It does take some time to exchange three phones, but we never felt pressured or hurried at all. In fact, it was such a pleasant experience that it seemed more like we were visiting with friends and family than changing out our phones. All of our questions were answered completely and Marvin was beyond excellent at anticipating our needs. We won't go anywhere else.

The battery on my phone was shot so I found this Sprint store and walked into a new experience! The employees were very kind and Lauren was fantastic!
She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help. I have a new iPhone, everything loaded, at a reasonable cost.
It was raining and Lauren grabbed her umbrella and walked me to the car. Talk about service and consideration. I feel that I have a friend and would recommend this Sprint store to anyone.

Marvin Walter assisted me in transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone. It was so important that I didn't lose precious memories. He went above and beyond to ensure this was a smooth transaction. He was compassionate and caring in meeting my needs. He provided exceptional service and the other employees in the store were also terrific. Wonderful experience!

Best Sprint Store in town! They offer sales for new customers and upgrades, service, and repair services. I may be a little biased because I work there, but we work hard to build long-lasting relationships with our customers. Switching carriers can be scary; we are definitely knowledgeable about promos and explaining them properly, creating a much better experience and delivering what is promised.

I have used this store for 19 years because of the outstanding customer service I've received. We have quite a few phones & although I don't always like the answer to my problem (not a warranty issue or time to replace one) they have been consistently attentive & gone out of their way to make things right or a smooth transition if replacing.

Stopped in to compare my current carrier with Sprint. I was impressed with your plans and phone selection, but was completely won over by the professionalism, knowledge and expertise of your representative, Baileigh. She went out of her way to describe in great detail Sprint's service plans as well as the differences between devices as well as walking me through the entire transfer from my current carrier, Verizon, to Sprint. Baileigh set up our 3 new phones, transferring all saved data, and even helped us customize our setup. Super Job!

Great customer service from Doug the district manager. He fixed my phone when the other Sprint store told me couldn't be fix. Doug fixed it and gave me some great tips. The best store.

Long time customer and always pleased with the service. They are knowledgeable, thorough and very courteous even though they often have customers who seem very overwhelmed. I would recommend Sprint and this store to anyone.
