Absolutely refreshing! Great customer service from a knowledgeable adult. I walked right out of Verizon after being treated like an unwanted guest for years. I'm not used to competent service so I was taken back when my family and I were in and out with new phones in about 30 minutes. I will be continuing to do business with US Cellular for years to come! Great work guys!

These folks are the BEST!! Great customer service! A talented, well bonded team! I've had USC about 17 years, reception is outstanding on the east coast. Very seldom ever encounter a dead spot without service in the Roanoke Valley. A very good selection of plans, phones, and devices are available. THE place to go for your needs!

I've been a U.S. Cellular customer since they bought out Contel Cellular in the 1980's. They closed my store without notifying the customers. I went to the Valley View location, and received terrible service (Their main intent was to sell, not service). I was pleasantly surprised that the people at the Salem location would service my account, When I lost my first phone, Gina Tuttle helped me twice, and was willing to do it a third time (wasn't necessary)

Neal was very friendly and knowledgeable he made the whole experience of upgrading our phones easy. I was skeptical about a third party dealer, he definitely changed my mind.

They're very courteous . No their product well and come up with good solutions. Always a pleasure going in there with any issue and walking out with resolution.
