Great place to do business. I've never had a problem! The person that works there knows what he's doing I trust him fully with all my packages. I'll always support a small local business versus a corporation that only cares about the share holders bottom line. A lot of negative people out here during these sensitive times. Keep up the good!

Always Always takes time with each and every customer to make sure all of their needs are met. So yes occasionally people are meant to wait while someone else is being helped and yes people are impatient,the people who complain about having to wait sure do appreciate it when it's their turn to be helped and they get undivided attention for all their questions answered and needs met. So what if it takes a little longer that's what it means to get/give good service. I for 1 appreciate all the time they take to make&keep the customers happy and coming back. They have all my info stored and know especially around the holidays who and where my items will be going. They always give me fair prices and I have never had any issues with things not getting to where they were intended. The woman who puts in countless hours attending to the needs of others deserves a gold 🌟! Thank you for all that you do! I appreciate you.

These were truly the nicest people! My son and I went in with a small bag of things to ship to a friend. We were treated so kindly and with patience. We were provided a box that was packed carefully for us. They'll definitely have our repeat business.
There is also a lovely array of gifts, including crystals and jewelry. Very nice place and wonderful people.

I needed to ship several items and first went to the post office. I could not believe how much they were going to charge me so I left. A few days later, my wife and I ran into Mailbox Depot and the owner, Susan was so friendly. She told us we would get a better rate because I hadn’t sealed the packages which contained books. She gave us the book rate which was even cheaper than it would have been. Her price was considerably cheaper than the post office and her customer service was excellent!! I will ship with her from now on!!

I sell clothes online for a living. I trust and rely on these fabulous people to ship almost every item I sell. They are so friendly and efficient. I've been shipping items from mail depot years and I've never had a problem. Great people doing great business. Highly recommend.

The owners of this place are very very nice people, and they are almost always the ones working. They only have one employee other then them, and she has always been very rude to me, and I've never had a positive experience with her, but I don't feel they deserve any less then 5-stars. Great company.

Needed to ship box to Montana in the fastest way possible and they helped me find the best rate I could afford. They not only helped me with that but also picked out the best box size and actually packed it for me with the padding on top so it wouldn’t shift during shipping. I don’t even think they charged me for the packing padding (those baggy size bags with air inside). Very friendly people.

This is a great place to send packages and drop in when you need help. The owners go above and beyond to help you. Customer service is alive and well. The shop is clean, well organized, and stocked with items you may need or want while you are there. Five stars. oh YES!

Great staff and great service. Professional and friendly, never worry about missing a package during the workday or having something nicked from a front door/porch. Printing and stationary and a bit more available, plus all the usual shipping/mail needs.

Ms. Martinez went above and beyond in ensuring my fax was delivered, at a time when the employment dept. fax line was overwhelmed.
